新型城鎮(zhèn)化背景下土地集約利用ACO-SVM評價

【摘要】：本文通過對以城市土地集約利用理論、支持向量機(jī)理論和蟻群算法理論作為理論指導(dǎo),并結(jié)合當(dāng)前我國新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)背景,運(yùn)用定性與定量分析、規(guī)范研究與實(shí)證研究相結(jié)合的研究方法,對我國新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)中土地集約利用問題進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究,并在此基礎(chǔ)上根據(jù)我國各地區(qū)的城市土地集約利用現(xiàn)狀,提出了提升土地集約利用水平,并對提高新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)質(zhì)量提出對策與意見。第一章作為全文的研究綜述,詳細(xì)的梳理了國內(nèi)外關(guān)于土地集約利用以及新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)中土地集約利用評價的研究現(xiàn)狀,并通過對現(xiàn)有土地集約利用研究理論的不足,進(jìn)而引出本文論文的研究觀點(diǎn),并以結(jié)構(gòu)圖的形式介紹了本文針對我國在新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)中的土地集約利用評價方法。第二章主要闡述了新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)中城市土地集約利用評價所涉及的基礎(chǔ)理論,分別論述了新型城鎮(zhèn)化、土地集約利用以及新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)中土地集約利用的特點(diǎn)以及城市土地集約利用的的不同發(fā)展方向;從狹義、廣義和綜合定義層面明確新型城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)中城市土地集約利用的基本內(nèi)涵;通過對新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)中城市土地集約利用影響因素的分析為后文建立城市土地集約利用評價指標(biāo)體系做鋪墊,最后通過對傳統(tǒng)分析傳統(tǒng)評價方法的總結(jié)分析,引出本文將要采用的蟻群優(yōu)化支持向量機(jī)評價方法。第三章主要介紹了支持向量機(jī)理論和蟻群算法理論的基本原理,并通過對支持向量機(jī)這種新型學(xué)習(xí)方法的不足的研究,探討了通過蟻群算法的全局搜索特性來優(yōu)化支持向量機(jī)的參數(shù)選擇問題,并創(chuàng)建了蟻群算法優(yōu)化支持向量機(jī)評價模型。第四章作為全篇重點(diǎn),著重對新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)中的土地集約利用評價指標(biāo)體系的建立進(jìn)行研究,依據(jù)建立評價指標(biāo)體系的基本原則,國內(nèi)外學(xué)者對土地集約利用的研究動態(tài),并結(jié)合新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)的指導(dǎo)思想,詳盡搜集我國各省份近2000個有效指標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù),并對初選指標(biāo)集數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行定量分析進(jìn)而篩選冗余指標(biāo),建立了全新的符合我國新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)思想的城市土地集約利用指標(biāo)體系;運(yùn)用ACO-SVM編程對已建立的城市土地集約利用評價指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行評價,得到了我國三十一個省級行政區(qū)的土地集約利用水平相對位次,并根據(jù)預(yù)測值與真實(shí)值的比較分析,總結(jié)出基于蟻群優(yōu)化支持向量機(jī)的城市土地集約利用評價方法得到了理想的評價結(jié)果;最后對我國土地集約利用分地區(qū)進(jìn)行的討論,并提出了相應(yīng)的建議與對策。第五章是在前文分析的基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)本篇論文的研究成果與不足。
[Abstract]:Under the guidance of urban land intensive utilization theory, support vector machine theory and ant colony algorithm theory, combined with the background of new urbanization construction in China, this paper applies qualitative and quantitative analysis. Combining normative research with empirical research, this paper makes an empirical study on the problem of intensive land use in the construction of new urbanization in China, and on this basis, according to the current situation of urban land intensive use in various regions of China, The paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for improving the quality of new urbanization construction by raising the level of intensive land use. The first chapter as the full text of the research summary, in detail combing the domestic and foreign land intensive use and new urbanization construction in the land intensive use evaluation research status quo, and through the existing theory of intensive land use of the lack of research. Furthermore, this paper draws the research point of view of this paper, and introduces the evaluation method of intensive land use in the construction of new urbanization in this paper in the form of structure chart. The second chapter mainly expounds the basic theories involved in the evaluation of urban land intensive utilization in the construction of new urbanization, and discusses the new urbanization respectively. The characteristics of intensive use of land and the different development directions of intensive use of urban land in the construction of new urbanization. The basic connotation of intensive use of urban land in the construction of new cities and towns is clarified at the level of broad and comprehensive definition. Through the analysis of the influencing factors of urban land intensive utilization in the construction of new urbanization, the paper establishes the evaluation index system of urban land intensive utilization, and finally summarizes and analyzes the traditional evaluation methods of urban land intensive utilization. The evaluation method of ant colony optimization support vector machine is introduced in this paper. In chapter 3, the basic principles of support vector machine and ant colony algorithm are introduced, and the deficiency of support vector machine as a new learning method is studied. The parameter selection of support vector machine (SVM) is optimized by the global search of ant colony algorithm (ACA), and the evaluation model of SVM based on ant colony algorithm (ACA) is established. The fourth chapter, as the focus of the whole article, focuses on the establishment of the evaluation index system of land intensive use in the construction of new urbanization. According to the basic principles of establishing the evaluation index system, the domestic and foreign scholars' research trends of intensive land use. Combined with the guiding ideology of new urbanization construction, this paper collects nearly 2000 effective index data in every province of our country in detail, and carries on the quantitative analysis to the primary election index set data to screen the redundant index. A new index system of intensive utilization of urban land is established in accordance with the new idea of urbanization in China, and the evaluation index system of intensive utilization of urban land is evaluated by using ACO-SVM programming. The relative order of intensive land use in 31 provincial administrative regions of China is obtained, and according to the comparison between the predicted value and the real value, The evaluation method of intensive utilization of urban land based on ant colony optimization support vector machine is summarized. Finally, the paper discusses the sub-areas of intensive land use in China, and puts forward the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures. The fifth chapter summarizes the research results and shortcomings of this paper on the basis of the previous analysis.
