【摘要】：中國(guó)儲(chǔ)備糧管理總公司在2011年的倉儲(chǔ)管理工作會(huì)議上提出了“三五八一”倉儲(chǔ)管理工作的智能化目標(biāo):在未來2-3年內(nèi),以分公司為單位,直屬庫總倉容30%的倉房采用智能通風(fēng)技術(shù),50%的烘干機(jī)實(shí)現(xiàn)智能化控制,80%的氣調(diào)糧庫應(yīng)用智能管理系統(tǒng),每個(gè)分公司建成一個(gè)智能化示范糧庫。通過智能化糧庫建設(shè),可以使得糧食存儲(chǔ)的生態(tài)環(huán)境大為改善,充分保證存儲(chǔ)過程中的質(zhì)量、數(shù)量安全,倉儲(chǔ)糧情數(shù)據(jù)采集更加方便,數(shù)據(jù)共享更加快捷,數(shù)據(jù)利用更加高效。因此,總公司以現(xiàn)代科學(xué)技術(shù)和信息技術(shù)為依托,以“降低勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度、降低損失損耗、降低管理成本,提升管理水平、提升經(jīng)濟(jì)效益、提升發(fā)展質(zhì)量”為宗旨,提出陸續(xù)將直屬企業(yè)建設(shè)成為智能化糧庫的目標(biāo),為科學(xué)安全地儲(chǔ)糧提供技術(shù)保障和科學(xué)依據(jù)。智能化糧庫建設(shè)主要包括“一平臺(tái),七系統(tǒng)”,“一平臺(tái)”即智能化糧庫管理平臺(tái),是整個(gè)智能化糧庫建設(shè)的核心,它將庫區(qū)內(nèi)的糧情、安防、數(shù)量監(jiān)測(cè)、智能通風(fēng)、智能氣調(diào)、空調(diào)控溫等設(shè)備實(shí)現(xiàn)統(tǒng)一接口管理,并具有一定的兼容性,實(shí)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)有倉儲(chǔ)智能控制設(shè)備的有效整合。“七系統(tǒng)”是指?jìng)}儲(chǔ)信息管理系統(tǒng)、糧情遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)管系統(tǒng)、視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)、智能安防系統(tǒng)、智能出入庫管理系統(tǒng)、智能通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)、智能氣調(diào)系統(tǒng)。智能化糧庫改造本身是一項(xiàng)企業(yè)信息化、智能化的工作內(nèi)容,應(yīng)用效益可以從企業(yè)信息化效益的角度來分析。企業(yè)信息化效益分為市場(chǎng)效益和社會(huì)管理效益。提高了員工工作效率,降低了糧食管理成本,同時(shí)也實(shí)現(xiàn)了“綠色儲(chǔ)糧”。
[Abstract]:At the 2011 warehouse management work conference, the China Grain Reserve Management Corporation put forward the intelligent goal of "3581" warehousing management: in the next 2-3 years, the company will take the branch office as its unit. Intelligent ventilation technology is used in 30% of the warehouses directly under the warehouse, 50% of the drying machines realize intelligent control, 80% of the air-controlled grain depots are applied with intelligent management system, and each branch office has built an intelligent demonstration grain depot. Through the construction of intelligent grain depot, the ecological environment of grain storage can be greatly improved, and the quality, quantity and safety of storage process can be fully guaranteed, and the data collection of grain condition in storage is more convenient, the data sharing is faster and the data utilization is more efficient. Therefore, based on modern science and technology and information technology, the head office aims to "reduce labor intensity, reduce loss and loss, reduce management cost, improve management level, enhance economic efficiency and improve development quality". It is put forward that the object of building directly affiliated enterprises into intelligent grain depots is to provide technical guarantee and scientific basis for the scientific and safe storage of grain. The construction of intelligent grain depots mainly includes "one platform, seven systems" and "one platform", that is, the intelligent grain depot management platform, which is the core of the whole intelligent grain depot construction. Intelligent air conditioning, temperature control and other equipment achieve a unified interface management, and have a certain degree of compatibility, to achieve the existing storage intelligent control equipment effective integration. The "Seven system" refers to the storage information management system, the grain situation remote supervision system, the video surveillance system, the intelligent security system, the intelligent storage management system, the intelligent ventilation system, the intelligent air conditioning system. The transformation of intelligent grain depot itself is an enterprise informatization. The application benefit can be analyzed from the angle of enterprise informatization benefit. The benefit of enterprise informatization is divided into market benefit and social management benefit. Improve the efficiency of staff, reduce the cost of food management, but also achieve "green grain storage."
