【摘要】：文章在農(nóng)村勞動(dòng)力轉(zhuǎn)移規(guī)模持續(xù)擴(kuò)大的背景下,分析了非農(nóng)收入對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)要素投入結(jié)構(gòu)的影響機(jī)制,并利用2000~2013年省級(jí)面板數(shù)據(jù),采用似無相關(guān)回歸分析法驗(yàn)證非農(nóng)收入對(duì)不同農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)要素投入的影響。研究結(jié)果表明,從全國(guó)來看,農(nóng)戶存在合理配置家庭資源的自我激勵(lì),非農(nóng)收入對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械、化肥和農(nóng)藥的投入均產(chǎn)生了顯著的促進(jìn)作用;分地區(qū)來看,由于經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平和要素替代成本不同,非農(nóng)收入對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)要素投入的影響呈現(xiàn)出明顯的區(qū)域差異,東部地區(qū)改變傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)要素投入結(jié)構(gòu)的意愿最強(qiáng),其非農(nóng)收入對(duì)3種農(nóng)業(yè)要素投入的影響均強(qiáng)于中部和西部地區(qū);在以種植小麥為主的地區(qū),農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械投入的替代成本相對(duì)較低,受非農(nóng)收入的影響強(qiáng)于以種植水稻或玉米為主的地區(qū),要素投入結(jié)構(gòu)變化以節(jié)約勞動(dòng)力為主;在以種植水稻為主的地區(qū),化肥和農(nóng)藥投入的替代成本低于農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械投入,受非農(nóng)收入的影響比以種植小麥或玉米為主的地區(qū)更顯著,要素投入結(jié)構(gòu)變化以節(jié)約土地為主。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the continuous expansion of rural labor force transfer scale, this paper analyzes the influence mechanism of non-agricultural income on the input structure of agricultural elements, and makes use of provincial panel data from 2000 to 2013. The effect of non-agricultural income on the input of different factors of agricultural production was tested by using the method of regression analysis. The results show that, from a national point of view, farmers have self-motivation to allocate household resources reasonably, and non-agricultural income has a significant impact on the input of agricultural machinery, fertilizers and pesticides. Because of the different level of economic development and the cost of factor substitution, the influence of non-agricultural income on the input of agricultural elements shows obvious regional differences, and the eastern region has the strongest willingness to change the structure of traditional agricultural elements input. The influence of non-agricultural income on the input of three agricultural elements is stronger than that of the central and western regions, and the substitution cost of agricultural machinery input is relatively low in the wheat-planting areas. The effect of non-agricultural income is stronger than that of planting rice or corn. The structural change of factor input is labor-saving, and the substitution cost of chemical fertilizer and pesticide input is lower than that of agricultural machinery input. The effect of non-agricultural income was more significant than that of planting wheat or corn, and the change of input structure was mainly land saving.
