【摘要】：近年來我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)高速增長(zhǎng),成為世界第二大經(jīng)濟(jì)體,工業(yè)化、城市化進(jìn)程不斷加快,隨之而來的卻是生態(tài)環(huán)境破壞,大氣污染嚴(yán)重,自然資源緊缺,自然災(zāi)害頻發(fā)等諸多問題日益突出。促使人們逐步意識(shí)到人與自然和諧相處,可持續(xù)化發(fā)展對(duì)于當(dāng)今人們生存和發(fā)展的重要性。就在人們不斷尋求新的發(fā)展路徑時(shí),集社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、生態(tài)三大功能于一體的現(xiàn)代都市農(nóng)業(yè)進(jìn)入了大眾的視野。自上世紀(jì)80年代開始我國(guó)開始發(fā)展都市農(nóng)業(yè),現(xiàn)代化的都市農(nóng)業(yè)是城市社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展到一定水平的基礎(chǔ)上出現(xiàn)的更高層次的農(nóng)業(yè)新業(yè)態(tài),分布于城市內(nèi)部及周邊區(qū)域,以大城市的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展為基礎(chǔ),并依托大城市先進(jìn)的科學(xué)技術(shù)和現(xiàn)代化的設(shè)施條件,保障城市居民基本生產(chǎn)生活的需要,同時(shí)滿足城市居民休閑觀光娛樂的需求�，F(xiàn)代都市農(nóng)業(yè)是城市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和生態(tài)環(huán)境建設(shè)中重要的組成部分。萬州區(qū)作為主要的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)區(qū)域,又是渝東北生態(tài)涵養(yǎng)區(qū)的重要組成部分,發(fā)展現(xiàn)代都市農(nóng)業(yè)已成為歷史的必然選擇。本文以萬州區(qū)現(xiàn)代都市農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀為出發(fā)點(diǎn),以探索萬州區(qū)現(xiàn)代都市農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展模式為研究目標(biāo)。首先回顧國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于現(xiàn)代都市農(nóng)業(yè)研究歷程,尋求發(fā)展現(xiàn)代都市農(nóng)業(yè)的理論基礎(chǔ),探析國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)代都市農(nóng)業(yè)主要發(fā)展模式。并通過對(duì)現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)、都市農(nóng)業(yè)充分認(rèn)識(shí)的基礎(chǔ)上從多種角度定義現(xiàn)代都市農(nóng)業(yè)的概念。其次,對(duì)萬州現(xiàn)代都市農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行綜合調(diào)查分析,主要對(duì)已有的設(shè)施農(nóng)業(yè)、休閑觀光農(nóng)業(yè)、農(nóng)業(yè)科技產(chǎn)業(yè)園、龍頭企業(yè)帶動(dòng)等發(fā)展模式的概況進(jìn)行實(shí)地調(diào)查,運(yùn)用SWOT分析工具探析萬州區(qū)發(fā)展現(xiàn)代都市農(nóng)業(yè)的內(nèi)部?jī)?yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì)以及外部發(fā)展機(jī)遇和威脅,探討萬州現(xiàn)代都市農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展過程中存在的主要問題,并借鑒境內(nèi)外典型發(fā)展模式成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)。最后探索適合萬州區(qū)發(fā)展以經(jīng)濟(jì)功能為主兼顧社會(huì)、生態(tài)功能的現(xiàn)代都市農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展模式,并針對(duì)發(fā)展中存在的主要問題提出解決措施建議。以期為今后萬州以及跟萬州具有類似資源特征的區(qū)域發(fā)展現(xiàn)代都市農(nóng)業(yè)提供一定的理論參考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's economy has grown at a high speed, becoming the second largest economy in the world. The process of industrialization and urbanization has been speeding up, followed by the destruction of the ecological environment, serious air pollution, and the shortage of natural resources. Many problems, such as frequent natural disasters, are becoming increasingly prominent. To promote people to gradually realize the harmony between man and nature, sustainable development for the survival and development of today's importance. While people are constantly seeking new development paths, modern urban agriculture, which integrates social, economic and ecological functions, has entered the public's field of vision. Since the 1980s, China began to develop urban agriculture. Modern urban agriculture is a new agricultural form of higher level on the basis of the development of urban social economy to a certain level, and it is distributed in the inner and peripheral areas of the city. Based on the economic development of big cities, and relying on advanced science and technology and modern facilities of big cities, the basic production and life needs of urban residents are guaranteed, and the needs of leisure, sightseeing and entertainment of urban residents are met at the same time. Modern urban agriculture is an important part of urban economic development and ecological environment construction. As the main agricultural production area, Wanzhou District is also an important part of ecological conservation area in Northeast Chongqing. The development of modern urban agriculture has become the inevitable choice of history. This paper takes the present situation of modern urban agriculture in Wanzhou District as the starting point and explores the development mode of modern urban agriculture in Wanzhou District as the research goal. Firstly, it reviews the research history of modern urban agriculture at home and abroad, seeks to develop the theoretical basis of modern urban agriculture, and probes into the main development modes of modern urban agriculture at home and abroad. The concept of modern urban agriculture is defined on the basis of full understanding of modern agriculture and urban agriculture. Secondly, a comprehensive investigation and analysis of the current situation of modern urban agriculture in Wanzhou is carried out, mainly through a field investigation of the existing development models such as facility agriculture, leisure and sightseeing agriculture, agricultural science and technology industry park, leading enterprises, and so on. This paper analyzes the internal advantages and disadvantages of the development of modern urban agriculture in Wanzhou District by using SWOT analysis tools, as well as the external development opportunities and threats, and probes into the main problems existing in the process of the development of modern urban agriculture in Wanzhou. And draw lessons from the domestic and foreign typical development model successful experience. Finally, this paper explores the modern urban agricultural development model, which is suitable for the development of Wanzhou district, which is based on economic function and ecological function, and puts forward some measures to solve the problems existing in the development. In order to provide some theoretical reference for the development of modern urban agriculture in Wanzhou and other regions with similar resource characteristics in the future.
