【摘要】：隨著工業(yè)化、城鎮(zhèn)化、市場(chǎng)化推進(jìn)以及社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展�，F(xiàn)有的主要農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)主體已經(jīng)不再滿足時(shí)代的需要。家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)這一新型農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)主體近年來(lái)受到廣泛的關(guān)注。其適度的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)規(guī)模,商品率高,農(nóng)戶收益豐厚,勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率高,社會(huì)效益經(jīng)濟(jì)效益并重等優(yōu)越性使其成為推動(dòng)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的重要組織形式。安徽省作為農(nóng)業(yè)大省,研究農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化過(guò)程中的家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略已成為重要課題之一。本文在調(diào)查研究安徽省家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)發(fā)展進(jìn)行SWOT分析。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)隨著安徽省經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,配合國(guó)家政策扶持力度的不斷加大,安徽省家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)正處于快速發(fā)展階段。農(nóng)場(chǎng)數(shù)量規(guī)模擴(kuò)大,社會(huì)化服務(wù)不斷發(fā)展,經(jīng)營(yíng)結(jié)構(gòu)改善和經(jīng)營(yíng)效益增長(zhǎng)使家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)的優(yōu)越性越發(fā)明顯。但研究發(fā)現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施滯后,金融保險(xiǎn)支持薄弱,農(nóng)場(chǎng)主管理能力欠缺等不利因素依然制約著家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)在安徽省的發(fā)展。本文最后通過(guò)研究分析提出了相應(yīng)的政策建議,規(guī)劃了家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)在安徽省的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)。以期今后安徽省家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)發(fā)展壯大、成熟、完善。
[Abstract]:Along with the industrialization, the urbanization, the marketization advancement and the social economy development. The existing main agricultural management body has no longer met the needs of the times. Family farm, a new type of agricultural management, has received extensive attention in recent years. Due to its moderate scale of production and operation, high commodity rate, rich income of farmers, high productivity of labor, and equal emphasis on social benefits, it has become an important organizational form to promote the development of agriculture. As a big agricultural province, it has become one of the important subjects to study the development strategy of family farms in the course of agricultural modernization. On the basis of investigation and research on the present situation of family farm development in Anhui Province, this paper carries out SWOT analysis on family farm development. It is found that with the development of Anhui economy and the increasing of national policy support, family farms in Anhui Province are in a rapid development stage. The increase of farm quantity, the development of socialized service, the improvement of management structure and the increase of management benefit make the superiority of family farm more obvious. However, the research found that the agricultural infrastructure lags behind, the financial and insurance support is weak, and the farmer's management ability is not enough, which still restricts the development of the family farm in Anhui province. Finally, this paper puts forward the corresponding policy suggestions through the research and analysis, and plans the development strategic goal of the family farm in Anhui province. With a view to the future development of family farms in Anhui Province, mature, perfect.
