【摘要】：隨著城鎮(zhèn)化的快速推進(jìn),我國農(nóng)村人口不斷減少,土地經(jīng)營模式正發(fā)生著根本性變革。以提高農(nóng)業(yè)土地經(jīng)營效益為目的,采用文獻(xiàn)統(tǒng)計(jì)和比較分析等研究方法,通過分析西方資本主義雇傭型大農(nóng)場的衰落歷程及原因,提出在我國當(dāng)前人均耕地面積較少、就業(yè)壓力較大的情況下,實(shí)施家庭承包經(jīng)營、雇傭型大農(nóng)場以及家庭農(nóng)場并行的土地經(jīng)營模式,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)家庭農(nóng)場主導(dǎo)經(jīng)營模式。研究結(jié)果表明:耕者有其田的家庭農(nóng)場模式可以促進(jìn)更多就業(yè),避免馬爾薩斯-李嘉圖危機(jī),有利于財(cái)富的公平分配和社會(huì)穩(wěn)定。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of urbanization, the rural population in China is decreasing, and the land management mode is undergoing fundamental changes. In order to improve the benefit of agricultural land management, by means of literature statistics and comparative analysis, this paper analyzes the decline course and reason of western capitalist employment farm, and points out that the per capita cultivated land area is less in our country at present. In the case of employment pressure, the implementation of household contract management, employment of large farms and family farms parallel land management model, the ultimate realization of family farm dominant management model. The results show that the family farm model of tillers with their fields can promote more employment, avoid Malthus Ricardo crisis, and contribute to the equitable distribution of wealth and social stability.
