【摘要】：蘋果是每年全世界消費量最大的一種水果,尤其是在節(jié)日期間,居民消費水果中蘋果所占的比例最大,蘋果銷售已經(jīng)成為廣大果農(nóng)的主要經(jīng)濟來源了,而且隨著農(nóng)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的不斷發(fā)展,蘋果產(chǎn)業(yè)憑借其巨大的經(jīng)濟優(yōu)勢、廣闊的市場前景,蘋果產(chǎn)業(yè)已經(jīng)成為了農(nóng)村發(fā)展和農(nóng)民增收的支柱型產(chǎn)業(yè)了。近年來,我國北方果樹產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展迅速,基本形成了一個初具規(guī)模,設(shè)施非常好,蘋果種類豐富,市場廣闊的產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展格局。但是,同發(fā)達國家的蘋果產(chǎn)業(yè)來比,我國蘋果產(chǎn)業(yè)還是存在著許多不足,有著巨大的發(fā)展?jié)摿瓦M步空間。本研究的選題是作者根據(jù)實際工作、實踐經(jīng)驗自選的,經(jīng)過在萬榮縣的實地調(diào)研、查閱相關(guān)理論資料,完成了畢業(yè)論文的寫作與修改。論文的寫作內(nèi)容上第一章是引言,主要包括研究背景、研究意義、研究思路、技術(shù)路線圖等,第二章介紹了國內(nèi)外蘋果產(chǎn)業(yè)目前發(fā)展的一個基本狀況,第三章對山西省運城市萬榮縣蘋果產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進行了描述,第四章對研究主體在現(xiàn)行階段存在的問題進行了深入探析,第五章針對山西萬榮縣蘋果產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展存在的問題提出了建議和對策。
[Abstract]:Apple is the world's largest consumption of fruit every year, especially during the holiday period, the largest proportion of the fruit consumed by residents. Apple sales have become the main source of income for the majority of fruit farmers. With the continuous development of agricultural structure, apple industry has become a pillar industry for rural development and farmers' income increase by virtue of its huge economic advantages and broad market prospects. In recent years, the fruit industry in the north of China has developed rapidly, and has basically formed a pattern of industrial development with initial scale, very good facilities, rich varieties of apples and broad market. However, compared with the apple industry in developed countries, there are still many shortcomings in apple industry in our country, and there is great potential for development and room for improvement. According to the actual work and practical experience, the author selected the topic of this study. Through the field investigation in Wanrong County, the author completed the writing and revision of the graduation thesis. The first chapter is the introduction, including the research background, research significance, research ideas, technology roadmap, etc. The second chapter introduces a basic situation of the current development of the apple industry at home and abroad. The third chapter describes the current situation of apple industry development in Wanrong County, Yuncheng City, Shanxi Province. The fifth chapter puts forward suggestions and countermeasures to the problems in the development of apple industry in Wanrong County, Shanxi Province.
