【摘要】：農(nóng)村水利設(shè)施的有效供給是實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)村治理能力現(xiàn)代化的現(xiàn)實(shí)載體。通過梳理公共品整體性供給與社會(huì)資本的既有文獻(xiàn),進(jìn)而以博弈論詮釋農(nóng)村水利設(shè)施整體性供給的行為選擇。同時(shí)建構(gòu)出社會(huì)資本對(duì)農(nóng)村水利設(shè)施整體性供給的Logit回歸模型,借助于CFPS中關(guān)于"農(nóng)村水利基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施"的數(shù)據(jù)證據(jù)進(jìn)行分析。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),社會(huì)資本的存量對(duì)農(nóng)村水利基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施整體性供給起到積極作用,其中社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)、社會(huì)參與以及農(nóng)戶個(gè)體特征對(duì)整體性供給產(chǎn)生顯著影響。為此,通過營(yíng)造農(nóng)民整合參與的有利環(huán)境,增強(qiáng)農(nóng)村社會(huì)資本的建設(shè),有效培育和發(fā)展農(nóng)村精英,以此來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)村水利設(shè)施整體性供給的有效性。
[Abstract]:The effective supply of rural water conservancy facilities is the realistic carrier to realize the modernization of rural governance ability. Through combing the existing literature on the holistic supply of public goods and social capital, this paper interprets the behavior choice of the holistic supply of rural water conservancy facilities by game theory. At the same time, the Logit regression model of the whole supply of rural water conservancy facilities by social capital is constructed, and the data evidence of "rural water conservancy infrastructure" in CFPS is analyzed. It is found that the stock of social capital plays a positive role in the overall supply of rural water conservancy infrastructure, in which social network, social participation and individual characteristics of farmers have a significant impact on the holistic supply. Therefore, by creating a favorable environment for farmers' integration and participation, strengthening the construction of rural social capital and effectively cultivating and developing the rural elite, the effectiveness of the integrated supply of rural water conservancy facilities can be realized.
