【摘要】：研究目的:根據(jù)開發(fā)適宜性與土地利用效率的空間協(xié)調(diào)關(guān)系,判斷江蘇省縣級單元的空間開發(fā)合理性狀態(tài)。研究方法:基于經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展、交通可達(dá)和生態(tài)約束3方面因素評價江蘇省空間開發(fā)適宜性,運(yùn)用數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)模型測度江蘇省土地利用效率。研究結(jié)果:(1)空間開發(fā)適宜性方面,高適宜區(qū)域主要分布在蘇錫常和南京,中適宜區(qū)域位于蘇中地區(qū)和蘇北地級市、縣(市)的城區(qū),低適宜區(qū)域主要分布在蘇北的非建設(shè)用地上;(2)空間開發(fā)效率方面,綜合效率呈現(xiàn)南高北低的格局,高效率縣市主要分布在長江以南區(qū)域,規(guī)模遞增仍然是蘇北和蘇中地區(qū)投入產(chǎn)出的主要特征,但其建設(shè)用地投入存在冗余現(xiàn)象;(3)匹配關(guān)系方面,開發(fā)適宜性與土地利用效率協(xié)調(diào)類型以蘇南地區(qū)的"HH"型、蘇中地區(qū)的"MM、MH"型和蘇北地區(qū)的"LL"型為主,高適宜區(qū)域普遍具有較高的開發(fā)強(qiáng)度。研究結(jié)論:江蘇省大部分縣市(區(qū))的空間開發(fā)適宜性和開發(fā)效率是基本協(xié)調(diào)的,但部分地區(qū)仍然存在開發(fā)過度和土地利用效率低下的問題。
[Abstract]:Objective: according to the spatial coordination relationship between development suitability and land use efficiency, the rational state of spatial development of county units in Jiangsu Province was judged. Methods: based on the three factors of economic and social development, traffic accessibility and ecological constraints, the suitability of spatial development in Jiangsu Province was evaluated, and the land use efficiency of Jiangsu Province was measured by using the data envelopment model. The results are as follows: (1) in terms of space development suitability, the high suitability areas are mainly located in Suzhou and Nanjing, the middle suitable areas are located in the central Jiangsu region and the prefecture-level cities in northern Jiangsu, and the counties (cities) are located in the urban areas. The low suitable area is mainly distributed on the non-construction land in the north of Jiangsu province. (2) in the aspect of space development efficiency, the comprehensive efficiency shows the pattern of high, north and low in the south of the Yangtze River, and the high efficiency counties and cities are mainly distributed in the south of the Yangtze River. Increasing scale is still the main feature of input and output in north and middle Jiangsu, but the input of construction land is redundant. (3) in the aspect of matching relationship, the type of coordination between development suitability and land use efficiency is "HH" type in southern Jiangsu. The "MMMH-MH" type in the central Jiangsu area and the "LL" type in the northern part of Jiangsu Province are the main ones, and the high suitable areas generally have high development intensity. Conclusion: the spatial development suitability and development efficiency of most counties and cities in Jiangsu Province are basically coordinated, but the problems of over-exploitation and low land use efficiency still exist in some areas.
