【摘要】：臨沂市作為山東省生豬養(yǎng)殖生產(chǎn)大市,2014年生豬存出欄631.21萬(wàn)頭、1248.38萬(wàn)頭,約占山東省生豬存出欄總量的21%。生豬養(yǎng)殖業(yè)的發(fā)展?jié)M足了臨沂市人民生產(chǎn)、生活的基本需求,同時(shí)也促進(jìn)生豬養(yǎng)殖農(nóng)戶的收入增長(zhǎng)。近年來(lái),隨著臨沂市經(jīng)濟(jì)水平飛速發(fā)展,人民生活水平不斷提高,超大人口基礎(chǔ)與迅速發(fā)展的經(jīng)濟(jì)體量,對(duì)臨沂市生豬產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展帶來(lái)更多的挑戰(zhàn)。臨沂市不斷發(fā)展的生豬產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模,要求能夠在保障豬肉品質(zhì)與產(chǎn)量的基礎(chǔ)上,建立一套既能立足當(dāng)下滿足臨沂市民基本生活需求、又能著眼未來(lái)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的生豬產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展模式,這已經(jīng)成為臨沂生豬產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的必然趨勢(shì)。因此本文在廣泛參考文獻(xiàn)資料、政府工作報(bào)告、咨詢專家學(xué)者與實(shí)地考察的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用消費(fèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、微觀經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)等工具和方法,從生豬供給、市場(chǎng)、消費(fèi)及產(chǎn)前的飼料生產(chǎn)和產(chǎn)后的豬肉加工等各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)分析和總結(jié)臨沂市生豬產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,總結(jié)臨沂市生豬產(chǎn)業(yè)化經(jīng)營(yíng)的模式,深入探討了當(dāng)前山東省臨沂市生豬產(chǎn)業(yè)化經(jīng)營(yíng)的幾種模式及其運(yùn)行機(jī)制。本文旨在畜牧產(chǎn)業(yè)化理論基礎(chǔ)上,參考我國(guó)常見生豬產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)模式發(fā)展的基本規(guī)律,從而對(duì)臨沂市存在的常見生豬產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)模式現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,從中發(fā)現(xiàn)共性或者特殊規(guī)律。經(jīng)過(guò)多年的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),臨沂市緊隨我國(guó)生豬產(chǎn)業(yè)化經(jīng)營(yíng)模式發(fā)展的基本速度,以原有的家庭經(jīng)營(yíng)模式為基礎(chǔ),不斷創(chuàng)造出多種經(jīng)營(yíng)模式。目前根據(jù)參與經(jīng)營(yíng)的各項(xiàng)元素主體,主要分為龍頭企業(yè)帶動(dòng)模式、中介經(jīng)濟(jì)組織帶動(dòng)模式、專業(yè)批發(fā)市場(chǎng)帶動(dòng)模式、現(xiàn)代畜牧業(yè)示范區(qū)帶動(dòng)模式等四種主要生豬產(chǎn)業(yè)化經(jīng)營(yíng)模式的實(shí)踐形式,而在生豬業(yè)生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐中應(yīng)用最廣泛且較成功的是龍頭企業(yè)帶動(dòng)模式及其衍生形式。臨沂市生豬產(chǎn)業(yè)化經(jīng)營(yíng)情況的描敘性分析是本文研究的重點(diǎn)內(nèi)容。在對(duì)臨沂市進(jìn)行實(shí)地調(diào)研和參考當(dāng)?shù)匦竽敛块T數(shù)據(jù)資料的基礎(chǔ)上,利用利用頻數(shù)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析方法,從投入品來(lái)源、出欄生豬銷售、規(guī)模擴(kuò)大意愿及面臨的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和困難等方面分析了臨沂市養(yǎng)豬場(chǎng)戶生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)情況;從臨沂市生豬產(chǎn)業(yè)化的發(fā)展資源、發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀等方面分析了臨沂市生豬產(chǎn)業(yè)化經(jīng)營(yíng)的情況。研究表明,臨沂市生豬養(yǎng)殖規(guī)�；胶彤a(chǎn)業(yè)化經(jīng)營(yíng)水平相對(duì)不高,且產(chǎn)業(yè)化經(jīng)營(yíng)組織在推進(jìn)生豬產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展中沒有發(fā)揮足夠的作用。本文的最終目的在于對(duì)臨沂市生豬產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展提供理論建設(shè)思路。文中提出包括科學(xué)規(guī)劃、政策扶持、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新等方面的建議,主張決策者前期預(yù)見性介入,行政部門在稅收、津貼等方面給予農(nóng)戶與相關(guān)企業(yè)更多支持,養(yǎng)殖戶與企業(yè)自身則需要努力提高自身養(yǎng)殖技術(shù)與意識(shí)。同時(shí)在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)電子商務(wù)飛速發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)上,提出了一套適用于臨沂市實(shí)際情況的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)生豬供求關(guān)系系統(tǒng),在此基礎(chǔ)上尋找出一條切合時(shí)宜且適合臨沂市生豬產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展模式。
[Abstract]:Linyi City, as a big city of pig breeding and production in Shandong Province, in 2014, the pig saved 6 million 312 thousand and 100 heads and 12 million 483 thousand and 800 heads. The development of 21%. pig breeding industry, which accounts for the total storage of pigs in Shandong Province, meets the basic needs of the people in Linyi and promotes the income growth of the pig farmers. In recent years, with the economy of Linyi City With the rapid development of the level, the living standard of the people is constantly improved, the large population base and the rapid development of the economic volume will bring more challenges to the development of the pig industry in Linyi. The scale of the pig industry in Linyi is required to establish a set of Linyi citizens on the basis of guaranteeing the quality and yield of the pork. It has become an inevitable trend for the development of the pig industry in Linyi, which has become an inevitable trend for the development of pig industry in Linyi. Therefore, this article is based on the extensive reference materials, government work report, consulting experts and scholars and field investigation, using consumer economics, microeconomics, agricultural economics, The tools and methods of econometrics are used to analyze and summarize the development of Linyi pig industry from the aspects of pig supply, market, consumption and pre natal feed production and postpartum pork processing, summing up the model of Linyi pig industry management in Linyi, and exploring several models of the current pig industrialization management in Linyi city of Shandong province. On the basis of the theory of livestock industrialization, this paper, based on the basic rules of the development of the common pig industry model in China, analyzes the current situation of the common pig industry in Linyi, and finds the common or special rules. After years of practical experience, Linyi is closely related to the industrialization of pig industry in China. The basic speed of the development of the business model is based on the original model of family management and has created a variety of business models. At present, according to the main elements of the elements involved in the operation, the main types are divided into four types: leading enterprise driving mode, intermediary economic organization driving mode, professional wholesale market dynamic model, modern animal husbandry demonstration area driving mode and so on. The practice form of the main pig industrialization management model is the most widely used and more successful in the production practice of the pig industry. The description of the industrialization of the pig industry in Linyi is the key content of this study. In Linyi, the field investigation and reference to the local animal husbandry department On the basis of the data of the door, using the statistical analysis method of frequency, the production and management of the pig farm in Linyi is analyzed from the sources of input, the sale of pig to pig, the risk and difficulty of the scale, and the development of the pig industry in Linyi and the present situation of the development of the pig in Linyi are analyzed. The research shows that the scale of the pig breeding in Linyi is relatively low and the industrial management level is relatively low, and the industrialization management organization has not played a sufficient role in promoting the development of the pig industrialization. The ultimate aim of this paper is to provide theoretical construction ideas for the development of the pig industrialization in Linyi. In the aspects of learning planning, policy support and technological innovation, it advocates the early foreseeable intervention of the decision-makers, the administrative departments give more support to the farmers and the related enterprises in the aspects of tax and subsidies. The farmers and enterprises themselves need to improve their own culture technology and consciousness. At the same time, the real foundation of the rapid development of Internet e-commerce is the basis. On the basis of this, a set of Internet pig supply and demand system suitable for the actual situation in Linyi is put forward, and on this basis, an industrial development model suitable for the development of the pig industry in Linyi is found.
