【摘要】：《擺脫貧困》是習(xí)近平扶貧開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略思想的主要淵源。習(xí)近平扶貧開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略思想內(nèi)涵博大精深,主要包括:堅持社會主義本質(zhì)和人民主體地位思想、強調(diào)重中之重扶貧和精準扶貧思想、樹立扶貧先扶志和滴水穿石扶貧攻堅思想、創(chuàng)新扶貧開發(fā)體制機制和整合社會合力扶貧思想、增強貧困群眾內(nèi)生動力和基層黨組織核心作用扶貧思想等,是習(xí)近平治國理政思想的重要組成部分,是全面建成小康社會的理論基礎(chǔ),也是中國特色社會主義扶貧開發(fā)理論的新發(fā)展,具有重大現(xiàn)實指導(dǎo)意義和深遠歷史影響。
[Abstract]:Getting rid of Poverty is the main source of Xi Jinping's strategic thinking on poverty alleviation and development. Xi Jinping's strategic thinking of poverty alleviation and development has a broad and profound connotation, which mainly includes: adhering to the socialist essence and the people's dominant position, emphasizing the most important and accurate thinking of helping the poor, and establishing the idea of helping the poor first and fighting through the stone. The innovation of the poverty alleviation and development system, the integration of the idea of helping the poor with the concerted efforts of society, and the enhancement of the endogenous motivation of the poor and the core role of the grassroots party organizations are important components of Xi Jinping's thought of governing and managing the country. It is the theoretical basis of building a well-off society in an all-round way and the new development of the theory of poverty alleviation and development of socialism with Chinese characteristics, which has great practical significance and far-reaching historical influence.
