【摘要】：農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)合理布局是發(fā)展現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)、促進(jìn)農(nóng)民增收和農(nóng)村繁榮的重要任務(wù)。優(yōu)化農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)和產(chǎn)業(yè)布局,因地制宜地確定產(chǎn)業(yè)特色與發(fā)展方向,促進(jìn)優(yōu)勢農(nóng)產(chǎn)品集約化、規(guī)模化生產(chǎn),有利于農(nóng)業(yè)資源與社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。本文以中江縣的農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)布局為研究對象,結(jié)合國內(nèi)外農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)布局的研究動態(tài)及理論基礎(chǔ),在深入實(shí)地調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上,從中江縣的自然經(jīng)濟(jì)條件、空間資源發(fā)展條件、農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展條件等方面對中江縣農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)布局進(jìn)行研究。中江縣是我國農(nóng)業(yè)大縣,自然資源豐富,農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)發(fā)展迅速,但仍存在著土地資源匱乏、勞動力不足、公共設(shè)施不夠完善、農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)力水平不高等問題,結(jié)合中江縣農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,對中江縣農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展進(jìn)行SWOT分析;采用灰色系統(tǒng)GM(1,1)模型對中江縣空間資源承載力進(jìn)行預(yù)測,中江縣糧食單產(chǎn)總體呈現(xiàn)波動上升的趨勢,本地水資源嚴(yán)重缺乏且時空分布不均、均用水量少、較集約、水資源開發(fā)利用率低,屬水資源嚴(yán)重缺乏地區(qū);選取高程、坡度、坡向、交通、地質(zhì)、農(nóng)田保護(hù)、生態(tài)和建設(shè)性8個因子運(yùn)用層次分析法對中江進(jìn)行用地適宜性評價,將中江縣劃分為適宜建設(shè)用地、可建設(shè)用地、不宜建設(shè)用地、不可建設(shè)用地;根據(jù)中江縣農(nóng)業(yè)自然資源狀況及農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)狀況分析了中江縣農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)布局演變規(guī)律及主要特征并指出其布局中存在的問題和制約因素,基于這些問題及特點(diǎn),確定了糧油、中藥材、蔬菜、食用菌、水果和蠶桑為六大優(yōu)勢產(chǎn)業(yè),在用地適宜性評價的基礎(chǔ)上對中江縣農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)布局以及農(nóng)業(yè)空間發(fā)展進(jìn)行科學(xué)合理地調(diào)整優(yōu)化,按照“三片兩軸多點(diǎn)”的總體布局,將中江縣農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)化布局為“兩園五帶多基地”的空間發(fā)展格局,使中江縣農(nóng)業(yè)空間資源得到合理持續(xù)的開發(fā)和利用,促進(jìn)縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Rational distribution of agricultural industry is an important task to develop modern agriculture and promote farmers' income and rural prosperity. The optimization of agricultural production structure and industrial layout, the determination of industrial characteristics and development direction according to local conditions, and the promotion of intensive and large-scale production of superior agricultural products are conducive to the sustainable development of agricultural resources and social economy. This paper takes the distribution of agricultural industry in Zhongjiang County as the research object, combines the research trends and theoretical basis of the agricultural industry layout at home and abroad, on the basis of in-depth field investigation, from the natural economic conditions and the development conditions of space resources in Zhongjiang County. Agricultural industry development conditions and other aspects of Zhongjiang County agricultural industry layout was studied. Zhongjiang County is a big agricultural county in China, with abundant natural resources and rapid development of agricultural production. However, there are still some problems, such as lack of land resources, insufficient labor force, inadequate public facilities, low level of agricultural productivity, etc. Combined with the present situation of agricultural development in Zhongjiang County, the SWOT analysis was carried out on the development of agricultural industry in Zhongjiang County, and the carrying capacity of space resources in Zhongjiang County was forecasted by using the grey system GM (1F-1) model, and the overall grain yield in Zhongjiang County showed an upward trend of fluctuation. The local water resources are seriously lacking and unevenly distributed in time and space, the average water consumption is less, the utilization ratio of water resources is low, and the utilization ratio of water resources is low, which belongs to the area of serious water resources shortage; the elevation, slope, slope direction, traffic, geology, farmland protection, Ecological and constructive eight factors are used to evaluate the suitability of land use in Zhongjiang. Zhongjiang County is divided into suitable land for construction, construction land, unsuitable construction land and non-construction land. According to the situation of agricultural natural resources and agricultural production in Zhongjiang County, this paper analyzes the evolution law and main characteristics of agricultural industry layout in Zhongjiang County, and points out the problems and restrictive factors existing in its layout. Based on these problems and characteristics, the grain and oil are determined. Chinese medicinal materials, vegetables, edible fungi, fruit and sericulture are the six dominant industries. On the basis of land suitability evaluation, the distribution of agricultural industry and the development of agricultural space in Zhongjiang County are scientifically and rationally adjusted and optimized. According to the overall layout of "three pieces, two axes, many points", the optimized layout of agricultural industry in Zhongjiang County is the spatial development pattern of "two gardens, five belts, many bases", so that the agricultural spatial resources of Zhongjiang County can be reasonably and continuously exploited and utilized. Promote the development of county economy.
