【摘要】：我國集中連片特困地區(qū)實施精準(zhǔn)扶貧是當(dāng)前扶貧開發(fā)工作的重要舉措,是確保扶貧到位的新思維、新方式。但目前我國集中連片特困地區(qū)精準(zhǔn)扶貧開發(fā)工作還處于探索創(chuàng)新階段。秦巴山區(qū)甘肅省隴南市依托"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+"發(fā)展,在加強農(nóng)村基層組織建設(shè)、合理規(guī)劃精準(zhǔn)扶貧項目、積極培育貧困地區(qū)優(yōu)勢產(chǎn)業(yè)、拓寬農(nóng)村教育培訓(xùn)的路徑等方面,首創(chuàng)了"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+電商"精準(zhǔn)扶貧模式,取得了探索性經(jīng)驗,堪稱互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+農(nóng)村扶貧工作的典范,為其他集中連片特困地區(qū)實施"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+電商"的精準(zhǔn)扶貧模式提供了有益啟示和經(jīng)驗借鑒。
[Abstract]:It is an important measure of poverty alleviation and development in China to focus on the poverty alleviation in special difficult areas. It is also a new way of thinking and a new way to help the poor. But at present, the development of precision poverty alleviation in China is still in the stage of exploration and innovation. Relying on the development of the "Internet", Longnan City in Qinba Mountain region, Gansu Province, has strengthened the construction of rural grass-roots organizations, rationally planned accurate poverty alleviation projects, actively cultivated superior industries in poor areas, and widened the path of rural education and training. It has initiated the "Internet e-commerce" accurate poverty alleviation model, gained exploratory experience, and is a model for poverty alleviation work in rural areas on the Internet. It provides useful inspiration and experience for other areas with special difficulties to implement the accurate poverty alleviation model of Internet e-commerce.
