【摘要】：農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展問題是擺在我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展面前一道巨大的屏障。對于國民經(jīng)濟發(fā)展而言,農(nóng)業(yè)扮演著不可或缺的角色,因此只有發(fā)展好農(nóng)業(yè),才能夠提高國民經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平。當農(nóng)業(yè)增速較快的時候,必然會刺激經(jīng)濟的擴張,而當農(nóng)業(yè)出現(xiàn)衰退的時候,就會制約和影響到經(jīng)濟擴張。黨的十八大明確提出,要循序漸進的推進小康社會的建設,其中最關鍵的就是要逐步縮小城鄉(xiāng)之間的差距,推動農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的發(fā)展,在發(fā)展農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟的同時,提高農(nóng)民的收入水平。本文認為,農(nóng)業(yè)機械化的道路充滿了崎嶇和坎坷,并且這個過程最顯著的特征就是具有動態(tài)性,是一個不斷發(fā)展變化的過程,而從實質上來說,就是在農(nóng)業(yè)中應用與之相匹配的農(nóng)業(yè)機械,使農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營條件得到有效的改善,從而增加農(nóng)業(yè)科技含量,進而增加經(jīng)濟效益,在發(fā)展經(jīng)濟的同時又能夠充分的保護好其所依賴的生態(tài)環(huán)境。而只有實現(xiàn)高度的農(nóng)業(yè)機械化之后,才能夠更好的實現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化,使農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展出現(xiàn)質的提升,逐步的提高勞動生產(chǎn)率,提高在市場當中農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的競爭力,使農(nóng)民增收的目標得以順利實現(xiàn)。本文全面的總結了我國農(nóng)業(yè)機械化的發(fā)展狀況,分析了存在的問題和提出相應的解決方案。對農(nóng)業(yè)機械化在我國的發(fā)展歷程進行了梳理和回顧,認為該過程主要分為三個不同的時期,有助于學者們更好對我國農(nóng)機化發(fā)展歷程進行更好的研究。
[Abstract]:The problem of agricultural development is a huge barrier in front of our country's economic development. Agriculture plays an indispensable role in the development of national economy. When the agricultural growth rate is fast, it will inevitably stimulate the economic expansion, and when the agricultural recession, it will restrict and affect the economic expansion. The 18th National Congress of the Party clearly proposed that in order to promote the construction of a well-off society step by step, the most crucial thing is to gradually narrow the gap between urban and rural areas, promote the development of agricultural modernization, and develop the rural economy at the same time. We will raise the income level of farmers. This paper holds that the road of agricultural mechanization is full of rugged and bumpy, and the most obvious feature of this process is that it is dynamic, a process of continuous development and change, and in essence, That is, the application of agricultural machinery matching with it in agriculture can effectively improve the conditions of agricultural production and operation, thereby increasing the content of agricultural science and technology and thus increasing economic benefits. While developing the economy, it can fully protect the ecological environment on which it depends. And only after realizing a high degree of agricultural mechanization can we better realize agricultural modernization, improve the development of agriculture qualitatively, gradually increase labor productivity, and improve the competitiveness of agricultural products in the market. The goal of increasing farmers' income can be realized smoothly. This paper summarizes the development of agricultural mechanization in China, analyzes the existing problems and puts forward corresponding solutions. This paper reviews the development process of agricultural mechanization in China, and points out that the process is divided into three different periods, which is helpful for scholars to study the development process of agricultural mechanization in China better.
