【摘要】：鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)的重點(diǎn)是文化建設(shè),當(dāng)前農(nóng)村問題的根本不在于經(jīng)濟(jì)方面而在文化方面,農(nóng)村的破產(chǎn)是文化的破產(chǎn)。當(dāng)前農(nóng)村存在的主要問題不是農(nóng)民收入太低,勞動(dòng)太重,而是消費(fèi)不合理,閑暇無意義,是社會(huì)關(guān)系的失衡,是基本價(jià)值的失準(zhǔn),是文化的失調(diào)。造成當(dāng)前農(nóng)村文化諸弊的原因很多,其中最為根本的方面,是傳統(tǒng)的相對(duì)封閉的村莊社會(huì)向現(xiàn)代的相對(duì)開放的社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)變中出現(xiàn)的不適應(yīng)。直接的方面,則是快速城市化導(dǎo)致農(nóng)村空心化,從而產(chǎn)生了各種相應(yīng)的變化。在當(dāng)前一個(gè)時(shí)期,農(nóng)村文化建設(shè)的重點(diǎn)在治標(biāo)。只有當(dāng)中國已經(jīng)完成了現(xiàn)代化建設(shè),中華文明已經(jīng)復(fù)興之時(shí),才有條件進(jìn)行治本的鄉(xiāng)村文化建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:The key point of rural construction is cultural construction. The fundamental problem of rural areas is not the economy but culture, and the bankruptcy of the countryside is the bankruptcy of the culture. The main problem in the countryside is not the low income of the peasants, too heavy labor, but the unreasonable consumption, the unconsciousness of leisure, the imbalance of social relations and the misalignment of the basic values, It is the imbalance of culture. There are many reasons for the disadvantages of current rural culture. The most fundamental aspect is the unadaptation of the traditional relatively closed village society to the modern and relatively open social transformation. The direct aspect is that the rapid urbanization leads to the hollowing of the countryside, thus producing a variety of corresponding changes. In a period of time, the emphasis of rural cultural construction is on the standard. Only when China has completed its modernization and the Chinese civilization has been revived, it is necessary to carry out the construction of the rural culture.
