H超市果蔬農(nóng)產(chǎn)品庫存控制研究

【摘要】:果蔬農(nóng)產(chǎn)品在人們的日常生活中屬于必需品,并且需求相對較大、可放置的時間相對較短、十分容易導致?lián)p耗。進一步確保農(nóng)產(chǎn)品高質(zhì)量、穩(wěn)定、高效的供應,在一定程度上有提升廣大群眾自身的生活狀況、弱化自身的生活成本、確保社會和諧安穩(wěn),屬于與人們生活緊密相連的問題。當前階段的果蔬農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應鏈的調(diào)控與管理相對來說還存在較多的不完善之處,且有關產(chǎn)品的流通過程不是十分順暢,成本相對來說較為不合理的情況十分常見,在一定程度上不利于確保廣大消費群體自身獲取可靠的價值收益,并且在一定程度上會不利于確保廣大農(nóng)民生產(chǎn)者的合法權(quán)益。超市作為該項供應鏈上的關鍵企業(yè),可以切實可行的促進該項供應鏈主體逐漸趨向系統(tǒng)化、準確化,對供應鏈資源進行有機結(jié)合,并促進其整體的流通效率進一步提升。本文將H超市果蔬農(nóng)產(chǎn)品庫存控制問題作為研究主體,闡述了果蔬農(nóng)產(chǎn)品易腐性、銷售過程中頻繁定價及需求不連續(xù)等特點,并將其與易腐品庫存理論進行緊密結(jié)合,闡述出以H超市銷售周期利益最佳值為關鍵點的最優(yōu)訂貨周期和最優(yōu)價格方案,并決策出需求存在波動性的生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品庫存控制模型。本文所研究的內(nèi)容主要涉及有:(1)在進一步探討H超市農(nóng)產(chǎn)品庫存安排的有關問題時,先明確闡述易腐性對這類農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的作用應當劃分為腐爛和品質(zhì)下降兩類,同時將其與所構(gòu)建的模型緊密結(jié)合,使文字的研究與當前的實際情況更加貼切;(2)果蔬農(nóng)產(chǎn)品易腐性的特點進一步突出了H超市營業(yè)時間存在明顯波動性對需求和庫存的一系列影響,本文在闡述庫存變化一般特點的前提下,明確的闡述出需求存在波動性的的果蔬農(nóng)產(chǎn)品庫存控制機制;(3)特別對于H超市果蔬農(nóng)產(chǎn)品在展銷的環(huán)節(jié)中所表現(xiàn)出來的銷售特點,經(jīng)過對促銷過程中所獲取的價值收益的進一步分析,提出促銷收益與需求之間的關系,并進一步將其應用于構(gòu)建考慮促銷的果蔬農(nóng)產(chǎn)品庫存控制模型;(4)通過對模型性質(zhì)的分析,論證了模型得以存在的實際意義,參考實際探究分析對有關數(shù)據(jù)進行實際考察,對模型最終的結(jié)果進行檢驗,同時對模型關鍵參數(shù)的準確性進行論證,進一步闡述模型的系統(tǒng)性與可參考性。
[Abstract]:Fruit and vegetable produce is a necessity in people's daily life, and the demand is relatively large, the time that can be placed is relatively short, it is very easy to lead to wear and tear. To further ensure the high quality, stability and efficient supply of agricultural products, to a certain extent, improve the living conditions of the broad masses, weaken their own living costs, ensure social harmony and stability, which is closely linked with people's lives. At present, there are still many imperfections in the regulation and management of the supply chain of fruits and vegetables agricultural products, and the circulation process of the related products is not very smooth, and the relatively unreasonable cost is very common. To a certain extent, it is not conducive to ensuring that the vast consumer groups themselves obtain reliable value gains, and to a certain extent will not be conducive to ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of the majority of farmers. Supermarket, as the key enterprise in the supply chain, can promote the main body of the supply chain to be systematized and accurate, combine the supply chain resources organically, and promote the circulation efficiency of the supply chain. This paper takes the inventory control of fruit and vegetable products in H supermarket as the main body of study, expounds the perishability of fruit and vegetable products, frequent pricing and discontinuous demand in the course of sale, and closely combines them with the inventory theory of perishable products. This paper expounds the optimal ordering cycle and optimal price scheme with the key point of the profit of H supermarket sales cycle, and makes a decision on the inventory control model of fresh agricultural products with fluctuating demand. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) when we further discuss the problems related to the inventory arrangement of agricultural products in H supermarket, it is clear that the role of perishability in this kind of agricultural products should be divided into two categories: decay and decline in quality. At the same time, it is closely combined with the model. The perishability of fruit and vegetable agricultural products has further highlighted a series of effects on demand and inventory due to the obvious volatility of operating hours in H supermarket. On the premise of expounding the general characteristics of inventory change, this paper clearly expounds the inventory control mechanism of fruit and vegetable agricultural products with fluctuating demand, especially for the sales characteristics of fruit and vegetable agricultural products in H supermarket. Based on the further analysis of the value gains obtained in the process of promotion, the relationship between the proceeds of sales promotion and demand is put forward, and further applied to the construction of inventory control model of fruits and vegetables agricultural products considering sales promotion. The practical significance of the model is demonstrated, and the relevant data are inspected with reference to the actual inquiry and analysis, the final results of the model are tested, and the accuracy of the key parameters of the model is demonstrated. The systematization and referential property of the model are further expounded.
