【摘要】：我國養(yǎng)禽企業(yè)的發(fā)展面臨著成本高、資源浪費、管理混亂三方面問題,解決問題的關(guān)鍵在于如何掌握并運用科學(xué)手段整合、優(yōu)化資源配置。作為優(yōu)化資源配置工具,ERP系統(tǒng)在制造業(yè)等其他各行業(yè)領(lǐng)域已經(jīng)獲得豐碩成果。ERP系統(tǒng)能夠根據(jù)企業(yè)的實際需求,整合企業(yè)內(nèi)外信息,作出科學(xué)決策,提高管理者決策水平。結(jié)合生產(chǎn)流程,以標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化要求進行批量生產(chǎn),降低生產(chǎn)成本,提高企業(yè)效益。通過對計算機技術(shù)的使用,實現(xiàn)企業(yè)信息共享,加速企業(yè)信息化進程。如何將ERP系統(tǒng)的成功模式復(fù)制到養(yǎng)禽企業(yè)中,將成為ERP系統(tǒng)研究新方向。本文首先基于養(yǎng)禽企業(yè)的特點,詳細(xì)闡述了養(yǎng)禽企業(yè)生產(chǎn)鏈條,指出養(yǎng)禽企業(yè)生產(chǎn)鏈條的流程為育苗、飼養(yǎng)、加工生產(chǎn)、銷售。通過對生產(chǎn)鏈條的分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)過程中存在的資源浪費、成本過高、資源配置不合理等諸多問題,指出養(yǎng)禽企業(yè)ERP系統(tǒng)設(shè)計的必要性。根據(jù)生產(chǎn)流程過程中產(chǎn)生的信息流、物流、資金流,提出對養(yǎng)禽企業(yè)ERP系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計,系統(tǒng)劃分為生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)、采購管理系統(tǒng)、庫存管理系統(tǒng)、銷售管理系統(tǒng)、財務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)、物流管理系統(tǒng)、疫病防治管理系統(tǒng)、人力資源管理系統(tǒng)和系統(tǒng)管理九個子系統(tǒng),并對每個子系統(tǒng)的組織結(jié)構(gòu)、數(shù)據(jù)庫作出進一步設(shè)計、分析。其次,根據(jù)系統(tǒng)功能強大、簡單易行、界面友好等特點,提出系統(tǒng)的邏輯架構(gòu)、C/S訪問模式,以及各個子系統(tǒng)之間的相互關(guān)系。利用Microsoft Visual Studio2010 Express C#語言與SQL Server 2008R2數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù)及其他相關(guān)計算機技術(shù),實現(xiàn)了對養(yǎng)禽企業(yè)ERP系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計、編程。文中最后主要實現(xiàn)對養(yǎng)禽企業(yè)ERP系統(tǒng)的模擬運用及結(jié)果分析。根據(jù)養(yǎng)禽企業(yè)特點,進行案例選擇、分析,指出案例選擇的合理性、可行性。在做好各項準(zhǔn)備基礎(chǔ)上,模擬企業(yè)對養(yǎng)禽企業(yè)ERP系統(tǒng)的運用。完成了企業(yè)從生產(chǎn)到銷售各個環(huán)節(jié)信息的傳遞、處理、保存、共享,實現(xiàn)了物料精確計算、采購訂單制作、庫存物料信息管理、銷售產(chǎn)品預(yù)測、人力資源配置、物流管理、家禽健康管理等,整合企業(yè)資源、優(yōu)化資源配置。
[Abstract]:The development of poultry enterprises in China is faced with three problems: high cost, waste of resources and confusion in management. The key to solve the problems lies in how to master and use scientific means to integrate and optimize the allocation of resources. ERP system, as a tool for optimizing resource allocation, has achieved fruitful results in other fields such as manufacturing industry. ERP system can integrate internal and external information, make scientific decisions and improve the level of decision-making of managers according to the actual needs of enterprises. Combined with the production process, to standardize the requirements of mass production, reduce production costs, improve the efficiency of the enterprise. Through the use of computer technology to achieve enterprise information sharing, accelerate the process of enterprise information. How to copy the successful model of ERP system to poultry enterprises will become a new research direction of ERP system. Based on the characteristics of poultry enterprises, this paper expounds the production chain of poultry enterprises in detail, and points out that the process of production chain of poultry enterprises is seedling raising, raising, processing, producing and selling. Through the analysis of the production chain, it is found that there are many problems in the production process, such as waste of resources, high cost, unreasonable allocation of resources, etc. The necessity of the design of ERP system in poultry raising enterprises is pointed out. According to the information flow, material flow and capital flow produced in the process of production, the structure design of ERP system in poultry enterprises is put forward. The system is divided into production management system, purchasing management system, inventory management system, sales management system, etc. Financial management system, logistics management system, epidemic disease prevention and control management system, human resources management system and system management nine subsystems, and the organizational structure of each subsystem, database design, analysis. Secondly, according to the features of the system, such as powerful function, simplicity and friendly interface, the logical architecture of the system is presented, and the access mode of C / S and the relationship between the subsystems are presented. Using Microsoft Visual Studio2010 Express C # language, SQL Server 2008R2 database technology and other related computer technology, the design and programming of ERP system of poultry enterprises are realized. In the end, the paper mainly realizes the simulation and application of ERP system in poultry enterprises and the analysis of the results. According to the characteristics of poultry enterprises, case selection and analysis are carried out, and the rationality and feasibility of case selection are pointed out. On the basis of preparation, simulate the application of ERP system in poultry enterprises. Complete the enterprise from production to sales of all aspects of information transmission, processing, preservation, sharing, the realization of accurate material calculation, purchase order making, inventory information management, sales forecasting, human resources allocation, logistics management, Poultry health management, integration of enterprise resources, optimization of resource allocation.
