中糧肇東公司玉米檢驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)的改進(jìn)研究

【摘要】:糧食檢驗(yàn)環(huán)節(jié)困擾著國(guó)內(nèi)很多糧食深加工企業(yè)。隨著科技的進(jìn)步,糧食檢驗(yàn)技術(shù)隨之大幅提高,由過(guò)去的人工感官檢驗(yàn)發(fā)展到現(xiàn)在的儀器檢驗(yàn),糧食檢驗(yàn)技術(shù)的進(jìn)步不僅提高了檢驗(yàn)效率,同時(shí)也大大提高了檢驗(yàn)的準(zhǔn)確率。 現(xiàn)在原有的人工糧食檢驗(yàn)已無(wú)法滿(mǎn)足企業(yè)快速發(fā)展的要求,因此,肇東公司在2010年引進(jìn)了一套玉米檢驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)。玉米檢驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)大大加快了玉米的檢驗(yàn)效率和準(zhǔn)確性,但隨著幾年的運(yùn)行,大量的問(wèn)題也暴露出來(lái),例如扦樣點(diǎn)分布不均勻,防作弊功能不強(qiáng)等。究其原因雖然引進(jìn)的糧食檢驗(yàn)系統(tǒng),但并不適合肇東公司特定的條件和環(huán)境,因此要想發(fā)揮糧食檢驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)的全部能力,必須對(duì)其進(jìn)行改造,使其適應(yīng)肇東公司的環(huán)境及要求,發(fā)揮其新技術(shù)的優(yōu)勢(shì),成為肇東公司發(fā)展的一個(gè)助力。 論文分四部分。第一章通過(guò)對(duì)玉米檢驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)的介紹,闡述了目前玉米檢驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)狀,通過(guò)對(duì)論文的研究背景及目的、研究的問(wèn)題的意義和研究的內(nèi)容和方法的討論,對(duì)問(wèn)題逐步進(jìn)行展開(kāi)論述。 第二章對(duì)肇東公司玉米檢驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行研究和分析,通過(guò)對(duì)肇東公司企業(yè)概況的介紹,闡述了肇東公司玉米檢驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)狀及存在問(wèn)題,同時(shí)對(duì)問(wèn)題的成因加以詳細(xì)分析,將問(wèn)題分析透徹,找到原因所在。具體研究過(guò)程針對(duì)兩個(gè)主要問(wèn)題,扦樣點(diǎn)分布不均勻以及防作弊功能不強(qiáng)進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析。通過(guò)分析主要原因在于先進(jìn)的糧食檢驗(yàn)系統(tǒng),但并不適合肇東公司特定的條件和環(huán)境,因此要想發(fā)揮糧食檢驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)的全部能力,必須對(duì)其進(jìn)行改造,使其適應(yīng)肇東公司的環(huán)境及要求,發(fā)揮其新技術(shù)的優(yōu)勢(shì)。 第三章通過(guò)肇東公司玉米檢驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)的探討和原因分析,提出了改進(jìn)優(yōu)化方案原則和目標(biāo)。研究認(rèn)為通過(guò)改進(jìn)玉米扦樣方法、提高檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果的準(zhǔn)確率、規(guī)避扦樣和檢驗(yàn)過(guò)程的作弊風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等改進(jìn)措施能達(dá)到解決問(wèn)題的效果,并對(duì)優(yōu)化方案進(jìn)行必要的驗(yàn)證,,以確定其運(yùn)行狀態(tài)和解決問(wèn)題的效果。良好效果的優(yōu)化方案將成為提高公司玉米檢驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)有效手段,并對(duì)今后的玉米檢驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)工作起到指導(dǎo)和借鑒意義。 最后,為確保玉米檢驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)改進(jìn)方案的有效實(shí)施,需要公司提供切實(shí)可靠的保障措施,其中包括優(yōu)化玉米檢驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)管理制度、完善玉米檢驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)作業(yè)流程、改進(jìn)玉米扦樣和檢驗(yàn)過(guò)程的技術(shù)環(huán)節(jié),以期能達(dá)到用最佳優(yōu)化方案來(lái)解決此類(lèi)問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:Food inspection is puzzling many food processing enterprises in China. With the progress of science and technology, the grain inspection technology has been greatly improved, from the past artificial sensory inspection to the present instrument inspection. The progress of grain inspection technology not only improves the inspection efficiency, but also greatly improves the accuracy of inspection. Now the original artificial grain inspection can not meet the requirements of the rapid development of enterprises, so Zhaodong company introduced a set of corn inspection system in 2010. Maize inspection system greatly speeds up the efficiency and accuracy of maize inspection, but with the operation of several years, a large number of problems are also exposed, such as uneven distribution of sampling points, weak anti-cheating function and so on. The reason is that although the imported grain inspection system is not suitable for the specific conditions and environment of Zhaodong Company, it must be adapted to the environment and requirements of Zhaodong Company in order to bring the full capacity of the grain inspection system into full play. Give play to its advantage of new technology, become the development of Zhaodong a power. The paper is divided into four parts. In the first chapter, through the introduction of maize inspection system, the current situation of maize inspection system is expounded, and the research background and purpose, the significance of the research and the content and method of the research are discussed. Discuss the problem step by step. In the second chapter, the corn inspection system of Zhaodong Company is studied and analyzed. Through the introduction of the general situation of Zhaodong Company, the present situation and existing problems of the maize inspection system of Zhaodong Company are expounded, and the causes of the problems are analyzed in detail. Analyze the problem thoroughly and find out why. The specific research process aims at two main problems: uneven distribution of sampling points and weak anti-cheating function. Through analysis, the main reason lies in the advanced grain inspection system, but it is not suitable for the specific conditions and environment of Zhaodong Company. Therefore, if we want to give full play to the full capacity of the grain inspection system, we must transform it. Make it adapt to the environment and requirements of Zhaodong Company, give play to its advantages of new technology. In the third chapter, through the discussion and reason analysis of maize inspection system in Zhaodong Company, the principles and objectives of improving optimization scheme are put forward. Through improving the method of maize sampling, improving the accuracy of test results, avoiding the risk of sampling and cheating in the process of inspection, the improvement measures can solve the problem and verify the optimization scheme. To determine its running status and problem-solving effect. The optimization scheme with good effect will become an effective means to improve the corn inspection system of the company, and will play a guiding and referential role in the future work of corn inspection system. Finally, in order to ensure the effective implementation of the corn inspection system improvement program, the company needs to provide practical and reliable safeguard measures, including optimizing the corn inspection system management system, improving the corn inspection system operation process, In order to solve this kind of problem, we can improve the technology of corn sampling and inspection process in order to solve this kind of problem with the best optimization scheme.
