【摘要】：茶莊園是茶產(chǎn)業(yè)提檔升級(jí)的新型生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)模式,它的推廣與完善,離不開茶農(nóng)的參與。本文從個(gè)體特征、社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)特征、茶莊園功能認(rèn)知3個(gè)維度探討農(nóng)戶參與茶莊園生產(chǎn)的意愿和行為,構(gòu)建一個(gè)茶農(nóng)對(duì)茶莊園經(jīng)營(yíng)模式認(rèn)知與參與的理論分析框架,并運(yùn)用福建省438份茶農(nóng)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析。結(jié)果表明,茶農(nóng)的年齡、茶葉收入、茶葉收入與預(yù)期比較、對(duì)茶莊園品牌和茶旅游的認(rèn)知,對(duì)其參與茶莊園生產(chǎn)的意愿和行為具有顯著的正向影響;而茶莊園生產(chǎn)是否吸引年輕人回鄉(xiāng)創(chuàng)業(yè)和茶莊園生產(chǎn)是否促進(jìn)茶葉生產(chǎn)加工新技術(shù)的采用兩者對(duì)茶農(nóng)參與茶莊園生產(chǎn)的意愿和行為影響不顯著。因此,完善地方政府服務(wù)職能,提高茶農(nóng)對(duì)茶莊園經(jīng)營(yíng)模式的認(rèn)知水平,政府應(yīng)增加茶農(nóng)參與茶莊園經(jīng)營(yíng)模式的財(cái)政補(bǔ)貼,培育茶莊園經(jīng)營(yíng)模式的示范戶。
[Abstract]:Tea garden is the new mode of production and operation of tea industrial upgrading, promote and perfect it, cannot do without the participation of farmers. From the individual characteristics, socio-economic characteristics, cognitive function of 3 dimensions of tea garden tea farmers to participate in the production of manor intention and behavior, construction of the tea estate business models of cognition and participation a theoretical framework of farmers, and conducts empirical analysis using 438 farmers in Fujian province data. The results showed that the tea farmers age, income, income and expected to compare the tea, tea and tea tourism manor brand awareness has a significant positive impact on the participation and production intention and behavior of tea garden and tea garden; the production is to attract young people to entrepreneurship and tea production is to promote the manor new technology of tea production and processing of tea in tea garden with the production of intention and behavior is not significant. Therefore, perfect The local government's service function improves the tea farmers' cognition level to the tea manor management mode. The government should increase the financial subsidies for tea farmers to participate in the tea manor management mode, and cultivate the demonstration households of the tea manor management mode.
