【摘要】：農村危房改造必須融入到農村的整體建設中,才能達到預期目標。農民收入結構分析是精準確定補助對象的基礎,能夠為科學制定農村危房改造規(guī)劃策略提供依據。為此,通過對危房改造對象的收入結構分析發(fā)現,社會保障體系不健全、"啃老"陋習嚴重以及文化認同感缺失等現象阻礙著農村的發(fā)展。針對這些問題,提出與危房改造相融合的農村可持續(xù)規(guī)劃策略,包括以完善農村社會保障體系為重點的社會規(guī)劃,以土地流轉和農村產業(yè)結構調整為抓手的經濟規(guī)劃,以傳統(tǒng)文化的傳承、創(chuàng)新和發(fā)展為主線的文化規(guī)劃和以景觀格局為統(tǒng)籌的生態(tài)規(guī)劃。
[Abstract]:Rural reconstruction must be integrated into the overall construction in rural areas in order to achieve the desired objectives. The farmers' income structure analysis is accurate to determine the basis of the subsidy object, which can provide the basis for the scientific development of rural reconstruction planning strategy. Therefore, based on the reconstruction of the object of the income structure analysis found that the social security system is not perfect, "neet" bad habits and serious lack of cultural identity hinders the development of the countryside. To solve these problems, put forward the sustainable planning strategies and the integration of reconstruction, including to improve the rural social security system as the focus of social planning, land transfer and adjustment of rural industrial structure as the starting point of economic planning, based on traditional culture inheritance, innovation and development as the main line of the cultural landscape pattern for ecological planning and to overall planning.
