農(nóng)戶綠色農(nóng)藥購(gòu)買(mǎi)意愿與行為的悖離研究——基于5省863個(gè)分散農(nóng)戶的調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)

【摘要】:基于5省863個(gè)農(nóng)戶的調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用Bivariate Probit模型,對(duì)影響農(nóng)戶綠色農(nóng)藥購(gòu)買(mǎi)意愿和實(shí)際購(gòu)買(mǎi)行為的主要因素進(jìn)行了比較研究,發(fā)現(xiàn):農(nóng)戶綠色農(nóng)藥的購(gòu)買(mǎi)意愿和行為存在悖離,愿意購(gòu)買(mǎi)綠色農(nóng)藥的667個(gè)農(nóng)戶中,有68.07%的農(nóng)戶沒(méi)有購(gòu)買(mǎi)過(guò);并且兩者的影響因素同中有異,從共同因素來(lái)看,距中心城鎮(zhèn)的距離,對(duì)政府禁止使用農(nóng)藥的認(rèn)知,對(duì)綠色、無(wú)公害、有機(jī)產(chǎn)品的了解、性別對(duì)農(nóng)戶綠色農(nóng)藥購(gòu)買(mǎi)意愿和行為均有顯著影響;從差異因素來(lái)看,環(huán)境關(guān)注、購(gòu)買(mǎi)農(nóng)藥時(shí)比較說(shuō)明書(shū)、商家宣傳、基層政府組織提供的講座顯著影響購(gòu)買(mǎi)意愿;政府農(nóng)藥殘留檢測(cè)、參加過(guò)農(nóng)藥使用技術(shù)培訓(xùn)、價(jià)格因素、商業(yè)化程度顯著影響購(gòu)買(mǎi)行為。為此,要推廣使用綠色農(nóng)藥應(yīng)該加大農(nóng)藥殘留檢測(cè)力度,多渠道傳播綠色農(nóng)藥信息,同時(shí),積極推廣綠色農(nóng)藥使用技術(shù),實(shí)行綠色農(nóng)藥價(jià)格補(bǔ)貼政策,并建立配套的公益性的產(chǎn)品責(zé)任險(xiǎn)。
[Abstract]:Based on the survey data of 863 farmers in 5 provinces and using Bivariate Probit model, this paper makes a comparative study on the main factors that affect the purchase intention and actual purchase behavior of green pesticide farmers. It is found that the purchase intention and behavior of farmers' green pesticides are contrary to each other.Of the 667 farmers who are willing to buy green pesticides, 68.07% of them have not bought them, and the influencing factors of the two are different. In terms of common factors, the distance from the central towns, the cognition of the government to ban the use of pesticides, and the green,No pollution, understanding of organic products, gender have significant influence on farmers' green pesticide purchase intention and behavior; from the perspective of difference factors, environmental concern, purchasing pesticide comparative instructions, merchants propaganda,The lectures provided by grass-roots government organizations significantly affected purchasing intention, government pesticide residue detection, participation in technical training in pesticide use, price factors and degree of commercialization significantly affected purchasing behavior.Therefore, in order to popularize the use of green pesticides, we should step up the detection of pesticide residues, spread green pesticide information through multiple channels, and actively promote the use of green pesticide technologies and implement the policy of green pesticide price subsidies.And establish a complete set of public welfare product liability insurance.
