【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,農(nóng)民工作為特殊群體其規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大,在社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展中扮演著越來(lái)越重要的角色。通過(guò)研究發(fā)現(xiàn),農(nóng)民工性別、年齡、文化程度、婚姻狀況、自評(píng)健康、家庭月總支出、家庭月總收入、是否參加培訓(xùn)、是否參加失業(yè)保險(xiǎn)對(duì)農(nóng)民工是否失業(yè)具有顯著影響。同時(shí),由于農(nóng)民工群體的特殊性,導(dǎo)致其失業(yè)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)高于其他群體,而當(dāng)前我國(guó)尚未建立起全國(guó)范圍內(nèi)專(zhuān)門(mén)的農(nóng)民工失業(yè)保險(xiǎn),各省市建立的農(nóng)民工失業(yè)保險(xiǎn)存在諸多問(wèn)題,也不能很好地保障農(nóng)民工群體的利益。建立并完善農(nóng)民工群體的失業(yè)保險(xiǎn)制度對(duì)于社會(huì)的穩(wěn)定發(fā)展起著至關(guān)重要的作用。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy, migrant workers, as a special group, play an increasingly important role in the development of social economy.It is found that the sex, age, education, marital status, self-assessment of health, total family expenditure, monthly family income, whether to participate in training, whether to participate in unemployment insurance have a significant impact on the unemployment of migrant workers.At the same time, because of the particularity of migrant workers, the risk of unemployment is much higher than that of other groups.There are many problems in the unemployment insurance of migrant workers established in various provinces and cities, and the interests of migrant workers are not well protected.Establishing and perfecting the unemployment insurance system for migrant workers plays an important role in the stable development of society.
