【摘要】：作為社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展到一定程度的產(chǎn)物,觀光農(nóng)業(yè)結(jié)合了現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)與旅游業(yè)的特點,成為快速發(fā)展的新型生態(tài)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)。特別是隨著城市進程地不斷加快,生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)園作為觀光農(nóng)業(yè)的載體更加受到城市人口的青睞。而交通條件的改善和人們旅游消費觀念的改變,更為生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)園的建設(shè)提供了廣闊的發(fā)展前景。生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)園的規(guī)劃設(shè)計面向了農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)、景觀構(gòu)建和旅游觀光三個方面,結(jié)合我國傳統(tǒng)的園林建造藝術(shù),生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)園滿足了當代人們回歸自然、親近生態(tài)環(huán)境的需求。同時,高效益的觀光農(nóng)業(yè)也為傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展提供了一條新的途徑。利用先進的農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)促進農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn),通過保護生態(tài)環(huán)境減少環(huán)境污染,通過增加體驗式活動發(fā)展旅游業(yè),生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)園通過以上種種方式,為傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)增加經(jīng)濟附加值,為解決我國當前的農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展問題具有極為重要的現(xiàn)實意義。發(fā)展觀光農(nóng)業(yè)大大提高了農(nóng)業(yè)土地的利用率,契合了長期以來農(nóng)民增加收入的愿望,亦是我國進行宏觀產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整過程中新的經(jīng)濟增長點。本文以生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)園的規(guī)劃建設(shè)為研究對象,通過對生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)園規(guī)劃研究的總結(jié),基于景觀美學、景觀生態(tài)學、風景園林學、旅游心理學等理論闡述了生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)園規(guī)劃的理論基礎(chǔ)。并從生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)園的規(guī)劃理念、原則、內(nèi)容以及景觀規(guī)劃點等方面,詳細而又科學地探討了生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)園的規(guī)劃和建設(shè)思路。結(jié)合虎門鎮(zhèn)佰方新農(nóng)業(yè)園的實例,從園區(qū)的整體規(guī)劃、功能區(qū)域的設(shè)計以及景觀的轉(zhuǎn)向設(shè)計等幾個方面,將相關(guān)理論原則融入到實踐當中,期望為其他生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)園建設(shè)提供借鑒。結(jié)論:生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)園的規(guī)劃建設(shè)應結(jié)合各地實際情況,突出地方優(yōu)勢,使經(jīng)濟、社會和生態(tài)三方面在和諧統(tǒng)一的基礎(chǔ)上達到最大化。
[Abstract]:As a result of the development of social economy, tourism agriculture combines the characteristics of modern agriculture and tourism, and becomes a new ecotourism industry with rapid development.Especially with the rapid development of the city, the ecological agriculture garden as the carrier of sightseeing agriculture is favored by the urban population.The improvement of traffic conditions and the change of people's concept of tourism consumption provide a broad prospect for the construction of ecological agricultural park.The planning and design of eco-agricultural park is oriented to agricultural production, landscape construction and tourism. Combined with the traditional art of garden construction in China, eco-agricultural garden meets the needs of people returning to nature and getting close to the ecological environment.At the same time, high-benefit tourism agriculture also provides a new way for the development of traditional agriculture.The use of advanced agricultural technology to promote agricultural production, to reduce environmental pollution by protecting the ecological environment, to develop tourism through increased experiential activities, and to increase the economic added value of traditional agriculture through the above means,In order to solve the current problems of agricultural development in China has extremely important practical significance.The development of sightseeing agriculture has greatly improved the utilization rate of agricultural land, coincided with the desire of farmers to increase their income for a long time, and is also a new economic growth point in the process of macro-industrial structure adjustment in China.This paper takes the planning and construction of ecological agricultural garden as the research object, through the summary of the ecological agricultural park planning research, based on landscape aesthetics, landscape ecology, landscape architecture,Tourism psychology and other theories expounded the theoretical basis of eco-agricultural park planning.This paper also discusses the planning and construction of ecological agricultural park in detail and scientifically from the aspects of planning idea, principle, content and landscape planning point of ecological agricultural park.With the example of Baifang New Agricultural Park in Humen Town, from the aspects of the overall planning of the park, the design of the functional area and the design of the landscape, and so on, the relevant theories and principles are incorporated into the practice.It is expected to provide reference for the construction of other ecological agricultural parks.Conclusion: the planning and construction of Eco-agricultural Park should be combined with the actual situation in various places and give prominence to the local advantages so as to maximize the economic, social and ecological aspects on the basis of harmony and unity.
