【摘要】：在全面建成小康社會(huì)的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)下,解決三農(nóng)問(wèn)題和農(nóng)村發(fā)展是其中的核心,信息時(shí)代下需要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新發(fā)展模式,而脫胎并發(fā)展于智慧城市的智慧農(nóng)村是新時(shí)代下的重要戰(zhàn)略選擇。智慧農(nóng)村對(duì)于現(xiàn)階段全面建成小康社會(huì)具有重大的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,可以有效地促進(jìn)農(nóng)村開(kāi)放社區(qū)的建設(shè)、農(nóng)民收入的提高、農(nóng)業(yè)的新型產(chǎn)業(yè)化、農(nóng)村精神文明建設(shè)、城鄉(xiāng)一體化并推動(dòng)農(nóng)村改革。借鑒國(guó)外發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家和地區(qū)的經(jīng)驗(yàn),需要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新智慧農(nóng)村的發(fā)展路徑,以科學(xué)規(guī)劃和多方試點(diǎn)為基礎(chǔ),不斷加大農(nóng)村基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施投入,推動(dòng)農(nóng)民參與智慧農(nóng)村建設(shè)過(guò)程中,發(fā)揮市場(chǎng)的主導(dǎo)作用,分步有序?qū)嵤?將其融入到農(nóng)村改革過(guò)程中,實(shí)現(xiàn)中國(guó)智慧農(nóng)村的又好又快發(fā)展,支持和促進(jìn)中國(guó)全面建成小康社會(huì)目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Under the strategic goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way, solving the three rural problems and rural development is the core. In the information age, it is necessary to innovate the development mode, and to get out of the embryo and develop in the intelligent countryside is an important strategic choice in the new era.The intelligent countryside is of great practical significance for building a well-off society in an all-round way at the present stage.
