【摘要】：依據(jù)多維貧困理論及中國(guó)農(nóng)村貧困實(shí)際狀況,利用2016年對(duì)甘肅省1 749家農(nóng)戶的社會(huì)調(diào)查資料,對(duì)樣本農(nóng)戶的多維貧困現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了測(cè)算和分解,并對(duì)導(dǎo)致貧困的原因進(jìn)行了Probit回歸分析。結(jié)果顯示:盡管樣本農(nóng)戶存在收入層面的貧困,但交通、教育和健康方面的貧困更加嚴(yán)重,多維貧困發(fā)生率較高。因此,反貧困內(nèi)容由物質(zhì)性為主向輔以教育、醫(yī)療、交通、社會(huì)保障等轉(zhuǎn)變,反貧困模式由"輸血"轉(zhuǎn)向"造血"式扶貧開(kāi)發(fā),是健全反貧困長(zhǎng)效機(jī)制的關(guān)鍵。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of multidimensional poverty and the actual situation of rural poverty in China, and using the social survey data of 1,749 rural households in Gansu Province in 2016, this paper calculates and decomposes the multi-dimensional poverty situation of sample farmers.The causes of poverty were analyzed by Probit regression analysis.The results show that although the sample farmers have income poverty, the poverty in transportation, education and health is more serious, and the incidence of multidimensional poverty is higher.Therefore, the transformation of anti-poverty content from materiality to education, medical treatment, transportation, social security and so on, and the transformation of anti-poverty model from "blood transfusion" to "hematopoietic" poverty alleviation and development is the key to improve the long-term mechanism of anti-poverty.
