【摘要】：研究目的:系統(tǒng)梳理國內外關于農地多功能供需錯位與協(xié)同作用的研究文獻,揭示其研究進展及未來研究趨勢。研究方法:文獻資料法,歸納演繹法,比較法。研究結果:現有研究進展主要表現為:(1)從單一生產功能的研究轉向農地多功能研究,從間接研究農地多功能之間的關系轉向直接研究農地多功能之間的關系,從研究農地多功能之間線性關系轉向對多重性、非線性關系的探討;(2)從孤立研究土地利用/變化特征、生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務價值/農地非市場價值評估到關聯性研究,如土地利用變化對農民福利的影響、土地利用與功能的關系以及特征—功能—服務—福利—價值鏈條關系探討;(3)特別強調對農地多功能供給、需求(消費)、空間格局、動態(tài)變化、形成機制以及供需失配、權衡與協(xié)同分析。與國外研究相比,國內研究農地多功能價值評估較多,形成機制研究較少;農地多功能本身整體性的研究較多,功能之間的關系、權衡與協(xié)同研究較少;農地多功能供給研究較多,需求研究較少。國內外在該領域的研究趨勢為:農地多功能供需雙邊匹配的研究,農地多功能的形成機制、多功能之間的相互關系、權衡與協(xié)同機制研究以及農地多功能尺度效應研究。研究結論:該研究成果對加強農地從物質資產到生態(tài)資產的完備性研究,實現中國農地多功能供需對接,尋求可持續(xù)的農業(yè)和農村發(fā)展,讓"農業(yè)更強、農民更富、農村更美"具有重要的理論價值和實際意義。
[Abstract]:Objective: to systematically review the domestic and foreign literatures on the dislocation of supply and demand and the synergistic effect of agricultural land supply and demand, and to reveal the research progress and future research trend.Research methods: literature method, inductive deduction method, comparative method.The research results show that the current research progress is mainly shown as follows: from the study of single production function to the study of farmland multifunction, and from the indirect study of the relationship between the multifunction of agricultural land to the direct study of the relationship between the multifunction of agricultural land.From the study of linear relationship between farmland multifunction to that of multiplicity and nonlinearity, the study of land use / change characteristics, ecosystem service value / farmland non-market value evaluation to relevance study.For example, the influence of land use change on farmers' welfare, the relationship between land use and function, and the relationship between characteristic, function, service and welfare value chain;Dynamic change, formation mechanism and supply and demand mismatch, tradeoff and collaborative analysis.Compared with foreign studies, there are more studies on the multi-functional value of farmland in China, less on the formation mechanism, more on the integrity of farmland itself, less on the relationship between functions, and less on trade-offs and synergistic studies.There are more researches on multi-function supply of farmland and less research on demand.The research trends at home and abroad are as follows: the research on the bilateral matching between supply and demand of agricultural land, the formation mechanism of multi-function of farmland, the relationship between multi-functions, the research of trade-off and coordination mechanism, and the study of multi-functional scale effect of farmland.Conclusion: the research results can strengthen the research on the completeness of farmland from material assets to ecological assets, realize the multi-function supply and demand of agricultural land in China, and seek sustainable agricultural and rural development, so that "agriculture is stronger, farmers are richer,"The countryside is more beautiful "has the important theory value and the practical significance."
