【摘要】：近些年來,我國社會經(jīng)濟進入高速發(fā)展時期,人們對生活水平和質(zhì)量有了新的需求,更加注重餐飲食品的安全營養(yǎng),從原來的白酒啤酒逐漸轉(zhuǎn)變成紅酒,因此我國葡萄酒產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展也迎來了契機。無論是釀酒葡萄種植,還是葡萄酒的生產(chǎn)、消費和貿(mào)易都進入快速發(fā)展時期,有人更是預言“世界的葡萄酒在亞洲,亞洲的葡萄酒在中國”。武威市土地資源豐厚、光照優(yōu)勢明顯,從古至今就是我國釀造葡萄種植和生產(chǎn)的理想場所。特別是近幾年來,武威市借助“中國葡萄酒城”這一城市品牌,從釀造葡萄的種植、釀造到生產(chǎn)營銷集中力量發(fā)展葡萄酒產(chǎn)業(yè),并通過多方努力,吸引外資投入,國內(nèi)知名葡萄酒企業(yè)都在武威建廠投資。截止2016年底,全市釀造葡萄面積達26萬畝,在全國與全省中的比重分布達到13%和84%,武威市已經(jīng)成為全國范圍內(nèi)九大葡萄酒生產(chǎn)基地之一。盡管武威市葡萄酒產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展和釀酒葡萄種植都取得了豐碩的成果,但在產(chǎn)業(yè)聚集、產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈延伸等方面的相關(guān)理論研究嚴重滯后,尤其是對于釀酒葡萄種植相關(guān)的經(jīng)濟、生態(tài)、社會效益研究尚屬空白�；诖�,本文以武威市涼州區(qū)為例,深入調(diào)查研究了釀酒葡萄種植對當?shù)剞r(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整過程中的綜合效益,評價了當?shù)蒯劸破咸逊N植和葡萄酒產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的效果,以期為當?shù)蒯劸破咸逊N植業(yè)和葡萄酒產(chǎn)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供參考依據(jù)和經(jīng)驗。主要得到以下幾點結(jié)論:首先,本研究中提出了釀酒葡萄種植業(yè)中對其綜合效益進行評價的指標體系,具有較強的實用性,同時也能夠較為詳細的反映研究地區(qū)的綜合效益水平。其次,通過層次分析與專家評分的方法將釀酒葡萄種植業(yè)的效益發(fā)展水平進行測算,但是這兩種方法的結(jié)合相對比較客觀,在結(jié)果方面需要進一步的定量確定或者進行多次驗證。第三,通過研究發(fā)現(xiàn),涼州區(qū)釀酒葡萄的綜合效益水平要遠高于當?shù)氐姆窃O(shè)施栽培的效益,經(jīng)過一段時間的發(fā)展涼州區(qū)葡萄產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模越來越大,在基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施條件方面具有較為雄厚的基礎(chǔ),很多種植大戶都積累了很多的經(jīng)驗,釀酒葡萄的發(fā)展前景看好。最后,由于涼州區(qū)釀酒葡萄產(chǎn)業(yè)尚處于發(fā)展初期階段,與現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展目標還有一定的差距,所以要通過多種措施和辦法進一步提高釀酒葡萄效益。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's social economy has entered a period of rapid development, people have a new demand for living standards and quality, pay more attention to the safety and nutrition of food and beverage, and gradually change from the original liquor and beer to red wine.Therefore, the development of China's wine industry also ushered in an opportunity.Both wine grape cultivation, wine production, consumption and trade have entered a period of rapid development, some people have predicted that "the world of wine in Asia, Asian wine in China."Wuwei is rich in land resources and has obvious advantages of illumination. It is an ideal place for grape brewing and production in China from ancient to present.In particular, in recent years, with the help of the "China Wine City" brand, Wuwei has concentrated its efforts on developing the wine industry from grape brewing, brewing to production and marketing, and through various efforts to attract foreign investment.Domestic famous wine enterprises are in Wuwei factory investment.By the end of 2016, the area of grape brewing in the whole city amounted to 260000 mu, and the proportion distribution between the whole country and the whole province reached 13% and 84%. Wuwei City has become one of the nine national wine production bases.Although the development of wine industry and wine grape planting in Wuwei City have achieved fruitful results, the related theoretical research on industrial agglomeration and industrial chain extension has lagged behind seriously, especially for the economy and ecology related to wine grape planting.The social benefit research is still blank.Based on this, taking Liangzhou District of Wuwei City as an example, the comprehensive benefits of wine grape planting in the process of adjustment of local agricultural industrial structure were investigated, and the effects of wine grape planting and wine industry development were evaluated.In order to provide reference and experience for local wine grape planting and wine industry sustainable development.The main conclusions are as follows: firstly, the index system for evaluating the comprehensive benefit of wine grape planting is put forward in this study, which has strong practicability.At the same time, it can also reflect the comprehensive benefit level of the study area in detail.Secondly, the benefit development level of wine grape planting industry is measured by AHP and expert scoring method, but the combination of these two methods is relatively objective.Results require further quantitative determination or multiple validation.Thirdly, through the research, it is found that the comprehensive benefit level of wine grape in Liangzhou district is much higher than that of local non-establishment cultivation. After a period of development, the grape industry in Liangzhou district is becoming larger and larger.There is a solid foundation in infrastructure conditions, many large farmers have accumulated a lot of experience, wine grape development prospects are promising.Finally, because the wine grape industry in Liangzhou district is still in the initial stage of development, and there is still a certain gap with the development goal of modernization, it is necessary to further improve the efficiency of wine grape through various measures and measures.
