【摘要】：文章將分析最新的家庭調(diào)查結(jié)果 (UNHS-3),回顧計(jì)算貧困線的家庭調(diào)查(MS-1),并且評論烏干達(dá)目前的官方貧困線。根據(jù)理論分析和最新的調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)(2005年和2006年),文章提出一條新的貧困線,并估計(jì)新的貧困率。這只是為相關(guān)方面研究提供一個(gè)討論的基礎(chǔ),而非正式提出貧困線和貧困率的替代方案。此外,文章還考察了跨地區(qū)貧困線問題,特別是探討了貧困線是否應(yīng)該以及在何種程度上反映一國內(nèi)部的地區(qū)差異。在堅(jiān)持采用統(tǒng)一的國家食物籃子的情況下,也應(yīng)注意到地區(qū)性的食物籃子可能提供關(guān)于人們是否真正達(dá)到基本營養(yǎng)需求的更深刻信息。
[Abstract]:The article will analyze the results of the latest household surveys, review the household surveys that calculate the poverty line, and comment on the current official poverty line in Uganda. According to the theoretical analysis and the latest survey data (2005 and 2006), the article proposes a new poverty line. And to estimate the new poverty rate... This is only to provide a basis for discussion on the relevant aspects of the study, and to informally propose alternatives to the poverty line and the poverty rate. In addition, the article examines the problem of the cross-regional poverty line. Having explored, in particular, whether and to what extent the poverty line should reflect regional differences within a country... while insisting on a unified national food basket, It should also be noted that regional food baskets may provide deeper information about whether people actually meet their basic nutritional needs.
