【摘要】：休閑農(nóng)業(yè)是以農(nóng)業(yè)資源為主要資源,以農(nóng)民參與為主要形式,銜接了第二產(chǎn)業(yè)和第三產(chǎn)業(yè)的新興產(chǎn)業(yè),目前已發(fā)展成為現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)與旅游業(yè)的重要組成部分。湖北是農(nóng)業(yè)大省,同時也擁有豐富的旅游資源,為發(fā)展休閑農(nóng)業(yè)提供了良好的基礎(chǔ)條件。東西湖區(qū)位于武漢市的西北近郊,是目前武漢市休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展最為典型的地區(qū)之一。本文通過對武漢市東西湖區(qū)休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展中呈現(xiàn)出“農(nóng)民合作經(jīng)濟組織+村莊”新模式的分析,對其進行總結(jié),并指出其在管理理念、管理水平、產(chǎn)品和服務及人才制約等方面存在的系列問題,在借鑒國外休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展經(jīng)驗和分析國內(nèi)典型案例的基礎(chǔ)上,從政府及經(jīng)營者兩個層面提出了相關(guān)對策。政府方面,在東西湖區(qū)休閑農(nóng)業(yè)中需因地制宜,做好本地區(qū)休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展規(guī)劃、加強監(jiān)督管理,突破“無法無序”的監(jiān)管局限、建立休閑農(nóng)業(yè)開發(fā)與生態(tài)保護并重的長效機制、提高管理及從業(yè)人員的綜合素質(zhì)等；經(jīng)營者方面,需緊密結(jié)合市場需求,打造休閑農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈、強化品牌經(jīng)營意識,塑造特色休閑農(nóng)業(yè)品牌、增強宣傳促銷力度,提高知名度。本文通過對東西湖區(qū)休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的相關(guān)分析,總結(jié)出武漢休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的一般性特征,并對武漢市休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的健康可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供有效借鑒。論文共分為五章,第一章為緒論,研究內(nèi)容包括研究背景及意義、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、休閑農(nóng)業(yè)相關(guān)理論闡述、論文結(jié)構(gòu)、研究方法及路線、擬解決的關(guān)鍵問題等。第二章為武漢市東西湖區(qū)休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,研究內(nèi)容包括武漢市休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展概況、東西湖區(qū)休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、東西湖區(qū)休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展存在問題。第三章為國內(nèi)外休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗借鑒,研究內(nèi)容包括國外休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗借鑒、國內(nèi)休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的案例分析。第四章為武漢市東西湖區(qū)休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展策略,研究內(nèi)容包括針對政府層面的對策及針對經(jīng)營者層面的對策。第五章為結(jié)語,內(nèi)容包括對本文研究的總結(jié)及展望。
[Abstract]:Leisure agriculture is a new industry with agricultural resources as its main resource and farmers' participation as its main form. It has developed into an important part of modern agriculture and tourism. Hubei is a big agricultural province. At the same time, it also has abundant tourism resources, which provides a good foundation for the development of leisure agriculture. The Dongxi Lake District is located in the northwest suburb of Wuhan. It is one of the most typical areas of leisure agriculture development in Wuhan. Through the analysis of the new mode of "peasant cooperative economic organization village" in the development of leisure agriculture in Dongxi Lake District of Wuhan City, this paper summarizes it. It also points out the problems existing in the aspects of management concept, management level, products and services, and the restriction of talents, etc., on the basis of drawing lessons from the development experience of foreign leisure agriculture and analyzing the typical domestic cases, This paper puts forward the relevant countermeasures from the two levels of government and operator. The government should take measures according to the local conditions in the leisure agriculture of the East and West Lake region, make a good development plan of the leisure agriculture in this area, strengthen the supervision and management, and break through the limitation of the supervision and control of "can't be disorderly". Establishing a long-term mechanism of equal emphasis on the development of leisure agriculture and ecological protection, improving the comprehensive quality of management and practitioners, and so on; on the part of operators, it is necessary to closely combine the market demand, create an industrial chain of leisure agriculture, and strengthen the consciousness of brand management. Through the analysis of the development of leisure agriculture in the East and West Lake region, this paper summarizes the general characteristics of the development of leisure agriculture in Wuhan. The paper is divided into five chapters, the first chapter is the introduction, the research content includes the research background and significance, domestic and foreign research status, leisure agriculture related theories, the structure of the paper. The second chapter is about the present situation of leisure agriculture in Dongxi Lake District of Wuhan City, including the general situation of leisure agriculture development in Wuhan City and the present situation of leisure agriculture development in Dongxi Lake District. The third chapter is the experience of the development of leisure agriculture at home and abroad, the research content includes the experience of the development of leisure agriculture abroad, Chapter 4th is the development strategy of leisure agriculture in Dongxihu District of Wuhan City. The contents of the study include countermeasures at the government level and countermeasures at the operator level. Chapter 5th is the conclusion. The content includes the summary and prospect of this paper.
