【摘要】：森林是改善生態(tài)環(huán)境,維持生態(tài)平衡的主體,是人類賴以生存和發(fā)展的環(huán)境基礎。森林經(jīng)營是現(xiàn)代林業(yè)建設的永恒主題,森林可持續(xù)經(jīng)營是人類發(fā)展過程中面臨的新課題。本研究是在萍溪林場森林資源調(diào)查及分析的基礎上,對其可持續(xù)經(jīng)營進行評價并提出相應的技術措施,以促進該林場森林資源可持續(xù)發(fā)展。萍溪林場森林資源的主要特點是以松、杉人工林為主,面積以松木為最多,蓄積以杉木為最大,齡組結(jié)構(gòu)以幼、中齡林為主。森林資源生長量大于消耗量,森林資源持續(xù)增長。根據(jù)林場現(xiàn)狀建立的森林資源質(zhì)量評價指標體系,表明林場的森林資源資源質(zhì)量等級為Ⅱ級,結(jié)果為良。其原因是由于林場近幾年營林措施不夠,采伐較多,新造林分均處于未成林造林地,造成森林資源質(zhì)量指標在計算過程中變化較大。深入分析林場的森林可持續(xù)經(jīng)營,構(gòu)建了一套由總體層、系統(tǒng)層、狀態(tài)層和變量層等4個層次30個指標組成的評價指標體系對萍溪林場的可持續(xù)經(jīng)營進行評價,結(jié)果表明,林場總體上處于弱可持續(xù)狀態(tài),主要表現(xiàn)為森林資源結(jié)構(gòu)不合理,森林資源經(jīng)營粗放、資源利用潛力不夠充分,森林資源動態(tài)監(jiān)測不夠完善。萍溪林場今后實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)經(jīng)營的技術措施包括:深入開展森林分類經(jīng)營,突出經(jīng)濟效益與生態(tài)效益兼顧,實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)化;加強森林培育,提高森林質(zhì)量;進一步優(yōu)化與升級產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)(發(fā)展林下經(jīng)濟、開發(fā)森林旅游、做精有機茶),促進林業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展;開展FSC森林認證,建立FSC管理體系;加速林業(yè)科技進步與創(chuàng)新,強化信息化建設。

Forest management is the eternal theme of modern forestry construction. Sustainable forest management is a new subject in the process of human development. Based on the investigation and analysis of forest resources in Pingxi forest farm, the sustainable management of forest is evaluated and the corresponding technical measures are put forward. In order to promote the sustainable development of forest resources in Pingxi Forest Farm, the main characteristics of forest resources in Pingxi Forest Farm were pine and fir plantations, the area was the largest, the accumulation was the largest, the age group structure was young, the area of Pinus lanceolata was the largest, and the age group structure of Pinus lanceolata was the largest. The growth of forest resources is greater than that of consumption, and the forest resources continue to increase.
