【摘要】：文章使用擴(kuò)展的RD模型分析了健康沖擊對(duì)農(nóng)戶收入的影響機(jī)制,并用1989~2011年中國(guó)健康與營(yíng)養(yǎng)調(diào)查的面板數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)。研究結(jié)果表明,健康沖擊的發(fā)生使農(nóng)戶的健康人力資本下降,同時(shí)生產(chǎn)性支出減少,從長(zhǎng)期來(lái)看物質(zhì)資本積累和人力資本積累進(jìn)一步下降,農(nóng)戶的收入下降。健康沖擊使農(nóng)戶生產(chǎn)性支出的比重平均下降2.76%,農(nóng)戶的收入平均下降5.62%;與低年齡組農(nóng)戶相比,高年齡組農(nóng)戶的支出結(jié)構(gòu)和收入水平受健康沖擊的影響更大;當(dāng)健康沖擊發(fā)生時(shí),高收入家庭生產(chǎn)性支出的比重下降幅度更大,收入水平下降程度也明顯高于低收入家庭;參加醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)可以平滑健康沖擊對(duì)農(nóng)戶家庭支出結(jié)構(gòu)和農(nóng)戶收入的影響。
[Abstract]:This paper uses the extended RD model analysis of the health impact on the influence mechanism of farmers' income, and empirically using panel data of 1989~2011 China health and nutrition survey. The results show that the health impact of health human capital makes farmers decline in production expenditure reduction, the accumulation of physical capital accumulation in the long term human capital and the further decline of the income of the farmers. The farmers decreased health impact production expenditure fell by an average of 2.76% of the income of the farmers decreased by 5.62%; compared with the farmers in the low age group, influence the expenditure structure and the income level of farmers high age group health impact is greater; when the health impact occurs, the production of the proportion of high-income households spending fell even more sharply, income decline degree is significantly higher than the low income families; to participate in medical insurance can smooth health impact on Agriculture Household expenditure structure and the influence of farmers' income.
