湖北城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程中的農(nóng)村能源生態(tài)問(wèn)題研究

【摘要】:能源作為社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要支撐力量,充足且持續(xù)的能源供應(yīng)在城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)中有著重要的戰(zhàn)略意義。但能源供應(yīng)一直是制約我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的瓶頸,在城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程中,由于我國(guó)農(nóng)村人口基數(shù)龐大,快速城鎮(zhèn)化將加劇能源供應(yīng)的緊張,關(guān)注能源困境與生態(tài)環(huán)境問(wèn)題,發(fā)揮農(nóng)村生物質(zhì)資源優(yōu)勢(shì),將有利于引導(dǎo)城鎮(zhèn)化朝著以低耗能和環(huán)境友好為主要特征的新型城鎮(zhèn)化道路上發(fā)展。湖北省常規(guī)能源匱乏,截止2014年,湖北省80%以上的能源靠外省調(diào)入,在國(guó)家采取強(qiáng)力措施降低總能耗和保持煤炭消耗零增長(zhǎng)的背景下,城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程中的能源困境將在一定程度上影響著湖北省經(jīng)濟(jì)在未來(lái)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。為此,充分挖掘農(nóng)村蘊(yùn)藏的生物質(zhì)能源,構(gòu)建生態(tài)能源系統(tǒng),能較好地滿足能源清潔化、高增長(zhǎng)的需要。由此,本文將以湖北城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程中農(nóng)村能源生態(tài)問(wèn)題為核心展開(kāi)相關(guān)分析與研究,從城鎮(zhèn)化所帶來(lái)的能源與環(huán)境困局開(kāi)始,分析了湖北農(nóng)村能源生態(tài)問(wèn)題,結(jié)合農(nóng)村生態(tài)能源的幾種典型,提出應(yīng)對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展的基于集約養(yǎng)殖的大中型沼氣工程生態(tài)能源模式,并期望能夠?yàn)槲覈?guó)以及我省城鎮(zhèn)化和農(nóng)村生態(tài)能源系統(tǒng)的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展提供一定的參考。首先,本文闡述了全文的研究背景及目的,梳理了相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),說(shuō)明了論文的結(jié)構(gòu)、技術(shù)線路及研究方法。之后,本文整理并闡述了可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論和循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)理論,以此作為本文分析的理論基礎(chǔ),同時(shí)還對(duì)相關(guān)的理論概念進(jìn)行了定義,并盡可能的對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程與農(nóng)村能源生態(tài)建設(shè)之間的互動(dòng)關(guān)系進(jìn)行了解釋與說(shuō)明。緊接著對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程中湖北省面臨的能源與環(huán)境挑戰(zhàn)進(jìn)行了分析。然后,對(duì)湖北省農(nóng)村能源生態(tài)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了分析,指出其存在的問(wèn)題并對(duì)生物質(zhì)能源開(kāi)發(fā)利用潛力進(jìn)行了分析。然后分析農(nóng)村生態(tài)能源的幾種典型模式,在此基礎(chǔ)上,以武漢市區(qū)大路村基于集約養(yǎng)殖的大中型沼氣工程生態(tài)能源模式為案例進(jìn)行研究,并通過(guò)層次分析法構(gòu)建效益評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,得出湖北省農(nóng)村生態(tài)能源發(fā)展相對(duì)優(yōu)化模式依次為:集約養(yǎng)殖大中型沼氣工程、秸稈能源化利用、戶用沼氣綜合利用模式。最后,本文根據(jù)前文的相關(guān)分析與研究提出了完善農(nóng)村能源生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的相關(guān)建議,并總結(jié)了全文的所述內(nèi)容與觀點(diǎn),同時(shí)還對(duì)湖北農(nóng)村能源生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:Energy as an important supporting force of social and economic development, adequate and sustained energy supply has an important strategic significance in the construction of urbanization, but energy supply has been the bottleneck restricting the economic development of our country. In the process of urbanization, because of the huge rural population base, rapid urbanization will aggravate the shortage of energy supply, pay attention to the energy dilemma and ecological environment problems, give play to the advantages of rural biomass resources. It will be helpful to guide urbanization towards a new type of urbanization characterized by low energy consumption and environmental friendliness. Hubei Province is short of conventional energy until 2014. More than 80% of the energy resources in Hubei Province are transferred to other provinces, under the background of the country taking strong measures to reduce the total energy consumption and maintain the zero growth of coal consumption. The energy dilemma in the process of urbanization will affect the sustainable development of Hubei economy in the future to some extent. Therefore, this paper will focus on the rural energy ecological issues in the process of urbanization in Hubei Province as the core of the analysis and research. Starting from the energy and environmental difficulties brought by urbanization, this paper analyzes the rural energy ecological problems in Hubei Province, and combines several typical rural ecological energy sources. The ecological energy model of biogas engineering based on intensive farming is put forward, and it is expected to provide a certain reference for the coordinated development of urbanization and rural ecological energy system in our country and our province. This paper describes the research background and purpose of the full text, combing the relevant literature, explaining the structure of the paper, technical routes and research methods. After that, this paper collates and expounds the theory of sustainable development and the theory of circular economy. This is the theoretical basis of this paper, and the related theoretical concepts are also defined. And as far as possible to the process of urbanization and rural energy ecological construction interaction between the explanation and explanation. Then the process of urbanization in Hubei Province faced with the energy and environment challenges were analyzed. Then. This paper analyzes the rural energy ecological problems in Hubei Province, points out the existing problems and analyzes the potential of the development and utilization of biomass energy. Then it analyzes several typical models of rural ecological energy, and on this basis. Taking the ecological energy model of large and medium-sized biogas engineering based on intensive culture in Dalu village in Wuhan urban area as a case study, the benefit evaluation index system was constructed by AHP. The relative optimization models of rural ecological energy development in Hubei Province are as follows: intensive cultivation of large and medium-sized biogas projects, straw energy utilization, comprehensive utilization of household biogas. Finally. Based on the above analysis and research, this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the rural energy ecosystem, and summarizes the contents and viewpoints of the full text. At the same time, the development of Hubei rural energy ecosystem is prospected.
