【摘要】：新一輪歐盟共同農(nóng)業(yè)政策(CAP)改革提出了原則性、框架性要求,在具體措施方面賦予成員國較大的靈活性。本文系統(tǒng)梳理了CAP改革的主要方面,結(jié)合其執(zhí)行情況分析了CAP目前存在的問題及進(jìn)一步改革的方向�；贑AP改革歷程和經(jīng)驗(yàn)啟示,本文提出了完善中國農(nóng)業(yè)補(bǔ)貼政策的有關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:The new round of EU Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) reform has put forward the principle and framework requirements, giving member countries greater flexibility in specific measures. This paper systematically combs the main aspects of CAP reform. According to the implementation of CAP, this paper analyzes the existing problems and the direction of further reform. Based on the history and experience of CAP reform, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to perfect China's agricultural subsidy policy.
