【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展步伐不斷加快,我國(guó)貧富差距逐漸拉大。為了縮小差距,國(guó)家出臺(tái)了相應(yīng)的政策,如通過(guò)再分配政策、扶貧政策等。扶貧工作實(shí)施以來(lái),呈現(xiàn)出遞進(jìn)模式:改革扶貧—開(kāi)發(fā)扶貧—攻堅(jiān)扶貧—定點(diǎn)扶貧,而精準(zhǔn)扶貧是在以往扶貧模式基礎(chǔ)上的進(jìn)一步升級(jí)。本文通過(guò)對(duì)貧困背景、貧困原因及扶貧對(duì)象識(shí)別等進(jìn)行分析,提出扶貧路徑優(yōu)化選擇。
[Abstract]:With the accelerating pace of economic development in China, the gap between the rich and the poor has gradually widened. In order to narrow the gap, the country has issued corresponding policies, such as through the redistribution policy, poverty alleviation policy, etc. Since the implementation of poverty alleviation work. There is a progressive model: reform poverty alleviation-development poverty alleviation-poverty alleviation-poverty alleviation, and precision poverty alleviation is a further upgrade on the basis of the previous poverty alleviation model. The causes of poverty and the identification of poverty relief objects are analyzed, and the optimal choice of poverty alleviation path is put forward.
