【摘要】：為了解決傳統(tǒng)養(yǎng)豬業(yè)豬只生產(chǎn)力低下、大量浪費(fèi)人力資源、飼料利用率低等困難，現(xiàn)代化豬場(chǎng)應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。現(xiàn)代化豬場(chǎng)相比于傳統(tǒng)豬場(chǎng)最主要在于引進(jìn)了一些先進(jìn)的養(yǎng)豬設(shè)備，包括母豬智能化群養(yǎng)系統(tǒng)、自動(dòng)供料系統(tǒng)、育肥豬自動(dòng)分欄系統(tǒng)、全自動(dòng)環(huán)境控制系統(tǒng)等。而黑龍江省作為農(nóng)業(yè)大省，地廣人稀、四季分明，特別是作為我國(guó)糧食，畜牧業(yè)的規(guī)�；B(yǎng)殖發(fā)展的主要產(chǎn)區(qū)，具有發(fā)展養(yǎng)豬業(yè)得天獨(dú)厚條件。本文基于黑龍江省依安縣綠源種豬產(chǎn)業(yè)實(shí)際，規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)出一個(gè)智能化程度高的萬(wàn)頭現(xiàn)代化豬場(chǎng)，從而為推動(dòng)黑龍江省依安縣畜牧產(chǎn)業(yè)的現(xiàn)代化、規(guī)�；�、智能化發(fā)展貢獻(xiàn)自己一點(diǎn)微薄之力，同時(shí)也為生豬現(xiàn)代化養(yǎng)殖場(chǎng)的建設(shè)提供一些參考。 本文主要是通過(guò)所規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)的萬(wàn)頭現(xiàn)代化豬場(chǎng)與傳統(tǒng)豬場(chǎng)對(duì)照，來(lái)分析智能化設(shè)備給豬場(chǎng)帶來(lái)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。在傳統(tǒng)萬(wàn)頭豬場(chǎng)與設(shè)計(jì)萬(wàn)頭現(xiàn)代化豬場(chǎng)年出產(chǎn)數(shù)量相同商品豬的情況下，傳統(tǒng)豬場(chǎng)土建工程投資1139.99萬(wàn)元；現(xiàn)代化豬場(chǎng)土建工程投資1144.67萬(wàn)元，兩者從土建花費(fèi)上并沒(méi)有相差太多。從配置的設(shè)備上來(lái)看，傳統(tǒng)豬場(chǎng)需要286.50萬(wàn)元，而現(xiàn)代化豬場(chǎng)則需要518.70萬(wàn)元，顯而易見(jiàn)，現(xiàn)代化豬場(chǎng)比傳統(tǒng)豬場(chǎng)要多花費(fèi)232.2萬(wàn)元。但是，從全年純利潤(rùn)上來(lái)講，傳統(tǒng)豬場(chǎng)年純利潤(rùn)為282萬(wàn)元；現(xiàn)代化豬場(chǎng)年純利潤(rùn)為412萬(wàn)元，現(xiàn)代化豬場(chǎng)比傳統(tǒng)豬場(chǎng)全年多盈利130萬(wàn)元，由此可見(jiàn)，智能化設(shè)備帶來(lái)的效益是非常可觀的。從固定資產(chǎn)回報(bào)期上來(lái)看，傳統(tǒng)豬場(chǎng)需要5.06年；現(xiàn)代化豬場(chǎng)僅需要4.04年，，現(xiàn)代化豬場(chǎng)回本更快�，F(xiàn)代化豬場(chǎng)的智能化設(shè)備使用年限在20年左右，那所設(shè)計(jì)的現(xiàn)代化豬場(chǎng)在這些智能化設(shè)備更換之前，至少要比傳統(tǒng)萬(wàn)頭豬場(chǎng)多賺2080萬(wàn)元，由此可見(jiàn)，現(xiàn)代化、智能化豬場(chǎng)的優(yōu)勢(shì)不言而喻。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the traditional pig industry low productivity, a large amount of waste of human resources, low feed utilization rate and other difficulties. Modern pig farm came into being. Compared with traditional pig farm, modern pig farm mainly introduced some advanced pig raising equipment, including intelligent sows raising system, automatic feeding system, fattening pig automatic column system. As a large agricultural province, Heilongjiang Province is sparsely populated, with four distinct seasons, especially as the main production area of large-scale aquaculture development of grain and animal husbandry in China. Based on the actual situation of green source pig industry in Yi'an County of Heilongjiang Province, this paper plans and designs a modern pig farm with high intelligence. Thus, it can contribute to the modernization, scale and intelligent development of livestock industry in Yi'an County, Heilongjiang Province, and also provide some references for the construction of modern pig breeding farm. This article mainly through the planning design ten thousand modern pig farm and the traditional pig farm contrast. To analyze the economic benefits brought by the intelligent equipment to the pig farm. Under the condition that the traditional ten thousand pig farm and the design ten thousand modern pig farm produce the same quantity of commercial pigs every year. Traditional pig farm civil engineering investment eleven million three hundred and ninety-nine thousand and nine hundred yuan; Modern pig farm civil engineering investment of eleven million four hundred and forty-six thousand and seven hundred yuan, the two from the cost of civil construction is not much difference. From the configuration of equipment, the traditional pig farm needs two million eight hundred and sixty-five thousand yuan. And modern pig farm needs five million one hundred and eighty-seven thousand yuan, obviously, modern pig farm costs two million three hundred and twenty-two thousand yuan more than traditional pig farm. However, in terms of annual net profit. The annual net profit of the traditional pig farm is 2.82 million yuan; The annual net profit of modern pig farm is 4.12 million yuan, and the annual profit of modern pig farm is 1.3 million yuan more than that of traditional pig farm. The benefit of intelligent equipment is very considerable. From the fixed assets return period, the traditional pig farm needs 5.06 years; The modern pig farm needs only 4.04 years, and the modern pig farm returns the original more quickly. The intelligent equipment of the modern pig farm has a service life of about 20 years, and the designed modern pig farm is before the replacement of the intelligent equipment. At least 20.8 million yuan more than the traditional million pig farm, this shows that the advantages of modern, intelligent pig farm is self-evident.
