【摘要】：社區(qū)支持農(nóng)業(yè)是在對產(chǎn)業(yè)化農(nóng)業(yè)重新審視基礎(chǔ)上逐漸興起的一種替代性農(nóng)業(yè)。理論和實踐都證明,社區(qū)支持農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展具有經(jīng)濟(jì)合理性,是消費者和生產(chǎn)者以"自利"為切入點做出的符合自身利益的制度選擇,并在實踐中產(chǎn)生了保護(hù)生態(tài)環(huán)境、促進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)文化和農(nóng)村社區(qū)發(fā)展等旁側(cè)效益。從國際經(jīng)驗來看,社區(qū)支持農(nóng)業(yè)呈現(xiàn)如下發(fā)展趨勢:為應(yīng)對市場需求限制和消費者信任危機(jī),社區(qū)支持農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)場廣泛開展參與式體驗活動;社區(qū)支持農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展中的勞動力短缺矛盾十分突出,"學(xué)徒模式"正在成為其重要的人才培養(yǎng)機(jī)制;食品供給周期較短、供給品種及數(shù)量有限等發(fā)展短板,倒逼社區(qū)支持農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)場創(chuàng)新經(jīng)營模式、尋找合作伙伴;社區(qū)支持農(nóng)業(yè)面臨愈發(fā)激烈的市場競爭,但政府、第三方機(jī)構(gòu)的扶持及更多生產(chǎn)者的加入都為其發(fā)展帶來重大機(jī)遇。由于自身發(fā)展和外在約束的客觀存在,在全球化、市場化環(huán)境中,社區(qū)支持農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展價值并不在于真正替代產(chǎn)業(yè)化農(nóng)業(yè),而是通過示范一種可將農(nóng)業(yè)多功能性顯性化的發(fā)展模式,推動人們改進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)化農(nóng)業(yè)。
[Abstract]:Community-supported agriculture is a kind of alternative agriculture based on the re-examination of industrialized agriculture. Both theory and practice have proved that community support agriculture development has economic rationality. Is the consumer and the producer take "self-interest" as the breakthrough point to make the system choice which conforms to the own interest, and in the practice has produced the protection ecological environment. Promote agricultural culture and rural community development and other side benefits. From the international experience, community support agriculture shows the following development trend: to cope with market demand constraints and consumer trust crisis. The community supports the agricultural farm to carry out the participatory experience activity extensively; The contradiction of labor shortage in community supporting agricultural development is very prominent, and "apprenticeship mode" is becoming an important talent training mechanism. The short period of food supply, the limited supply of varieties and quantity of development board, forced the community to support the agricultural farm innovative business model, looking for partners; Community support agriculture is facing more and more fierce market competition, but the support of government, third party organization and more producers bring great opportunities for its development, because of the objective existence of its own development and external constraints. In the context of globalization and marketization, the development value of community support agriculture is not to replace industrialized agriculture, but to demonstrate a development model that can make agriculture multifunctional and dominant. Promote people to improve industrialized agriculture.
