【摘要】：隨著新農(nóng)村建設(shè)的不斷推進(jìn),江西省農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)不斷得到發(fā)展,農(nóng)村居民生活水平不斷提高,對(duì)農(nóng)村物流的要求也不斷提升。但江西省農(nóng)村物流的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀卻與農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速前進(jìn)并不協(xié)調(diào),這已成為制約江西省農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和農(nóng)村居民生活水平提升的“瓶頸”。主要表現(xiàn)在:農(nóng)村物流基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)落后,受自然環(huán)境制約明顯,分布廣規(guī)模小,區(qū)域間發(fā)展不均衡等。這些因素極大地阻礙了江西省農(nóng)村物流的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展,也給江西省農(nóng)村居民收入和消費(fèi)水平的提高造成了一定程度的阻礙。本文依據(jù)江西省農(nóng)村物流和農(nóng)村居民收入與消費(fèi)水平的實(shí)際情況,通過(guò)協(xié)整分析和構(gòu)建VAR模型,對(duì)江西省農(nóng)村物流和農(nóng)村居民收入與消費(fèi)水平的相互關(guān)系進(jìn)行了分析,并通過(guò)脈沖響應(yīng)函數(shù)與方差分解對(duì)變量之間的影響進(jìn)行了深入的剖析。分析結(jié)果表明,三者之間存在著長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定的協(xié)整關(guān)系,而在短期內(nèi),農(nóng)村居民收入和消費(fèi)水平受自身增長(zhǎng)慣性影響極為明顯,且農(nóng)村物流業(yè)從業(yè)人員數(shù)量對(duì)農(nóng)村居民收入和消費(fèi)水平具有正向推動(dòng)作用,而農(nóng)村物流業(yè)固定資產(chǎn)投資則表現(xiàn)出更大的波動(dòng)性。針對(duì)江西省農(nóng)村物流發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,建議政府加大宣導(dǎo)力度,提高鄉(xiāng)村基層工作人員的物流意識(shí);加強(qiáng)農(nóng)村物流基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)水平,構(gòu)建高效廣泛的農(nóng)村物流網(wǎng)絡(luò);推進(jìn)農(nóng)村物流信息服務(wù)平臺(tái)建設(shè),推廣農(nóng)村物流新技術(shù);創(chuàng)新農(nóng)村物流運(yùn)作模式,培養(yǎng)農(nóng)村物流人才,加強(qiáng)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量監(jiān)管,并及時(shí)出臺(tái)各項(xiàng)扶持政策,以促進(jìn)江西省農(nóng)村物流健康發(fā)展,為農(nóng)村居民收入和消費(fèi)水平的提高創(chuàng)造良好的環(huán)境和條件。
[Abstract]:With the development of the new rural construction, the rural economy of Jiangxi Province has been continuously developed, and the living standards of rural residents have been improved. But the development of rural logistics in Jiangxi Province is not in harmony with the rapid development of rural economy. This has become a "bottleneck" that restricts the development of rural economy and the improvement of living standards of rural residents in Jiangxi Province. The main performance is that the construction of rural logistics infrastructure is backward, restricted by the natural environment, and widely distributed in a small scale. These factors greatly hinder the further development of rural logistics in Jiangxi Province. It has also caused some obstacles to the improvement of income and consumption level of rural residents in Jiangxi Province. This paper is based on the actual situation of rural logistics and rural residents' income and consumption level in Jiangxi Province. Through cointegration analysis and construction of VAR model, this paper analyzes the relationship between rural logistics and rural residents' income and consumption level in Jiangxi Province. The effects of impulse response function and variance decomposition on the variables are deeply analyzed. The results show that there is a long-term stable cointegration relationship between the three variables, and in the short term. The income and consumption level of rural residents are significantly affected by their growth inertia, and the number of rural logistics practitioners has a positive impact on the income and consumption level of rural residents. The fixed assets investment in rural logistics industry is more volatile. In view of the current situation of rural logistics development in Jiangxi Province, it is suggested that the government should strengthen propaganda and improve the logistics awareness of rural grass-roots workers. Strengthen the level of rural logistics infrastructure construction and build an efficient and extensive rural logistics network; Promoting the construction of rural logistics information service platform and popularizing new rural logistics technology; Innovation of rural logistics operation mode, training of rural logistics talents, strengthening the quality of agricultural products supervision, and timely introduction of various supporting policies to promote the healthy development of rural logistics in Jiangxi Province. To improve the income and consumption level of rural residents to create a good environment and conditions.
