【摘要】：我國是農(nóng)業(yè)大國,農(nóng)業(yè)高速發(fā)展在滿足人類物質(zhì)需求的同時也對生態(tài)環(huán)境造成了巨大壓力,因此,"兩型農(nóng)業(yè)"是我國農(nóng)業(yè)未來發(fā)展的大趨勢。文章選取經(jīng)濟效益指標、資源利用效率指標、生態(tài)環(huán)境保護效果指標、政策制度保障指標等針對兩型農(nóng)業(yè)在四川省的發(fā)展狀況進行分析,并根據(jù)各個指標數(shù)據(jù)進行21個市(州)的效用評價。結(jié)果表明,四川省高于全國理想值(綜合評價值F為2250.99)的有成都市、攀枝花市、德陽市、樂山市、眉山市、雅安市,其余各個市(州)綜合評價值F介于1 577.66~2115.75之間,綜合評議"兩型農(nóng)業(yè)"在四川省發(fā)展較好,符合資源節(jié)約型、環(huán)境友好型的標準。并提出加強政府財政支持力度、大力推廣普及綠色生產(chǎn)技術(shù)、大力實施科技興農(nóng)戰(zhàn)略、大力實施"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+"體系構(gòu)建等對策建議,以期為我國更多地區(qū)兩型農(nóng)業(yè)的推廣應(yīng)用提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:China is a large agricultural country, rapid development of agriculture can satisfy human material needs but also on the ecological environment has caused tremendous pressure, therefore, the "two agriculture" is the future development trend of agriculture in our country. This paper selects economic indicators, resource utilization efficiency index, index of effect of ecological environment protection, policy system security index according to the development status of two types of agriculture in Sichuan province were analyzed, and 21 cities according to each index data (state) of the utility evaluation. The results show that Sichuan province is higher than the ideal value (the evaluation value of F is 2250.99) is in Chengdu City, Panzhihua City, Deyang City, Leshan City, Meishan City, Ya'an the rest of the city, the city (state) comprehensive evaluation value F between 1 and 577.66~2115.75, comprehensive evaluation "two agriculture" in Sichuan Province, the development of better, meet the resource-saving and environment-friendly standard. And put forward to strengthen the financial support of the government Efforts to vigorously promote the popularization of green production technology, vigorously implement the strategy of developing agriculture through science and technology, the implementation of the "Internet plus" system construction, countermeasures and suggestions to provide reference for the popularization and application, in order for the two types of agriculture more areas in our country.
