【摘要】：采用我國31個(gè)省份的面板數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用SBM方向性距離函數(shù)測度了2010—2014年我國農(nóng)業(yè)全要素生產(chǎn)率值,通過建立回歸模型實(shí)證分析了影響我國農(nóng)業(yè)全要素生產(chǎn)率的因素。研究結(jié)果表明:我國農(nóng)業(yè)全要素生產(chǎn)率總體呈增長趨勢,但東部、中部、西部三大地區(qū)間存在明顯差異,化肥施用量、農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械總動(dòng)力、農(nóng)田水利設(shè)施對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)全要素生產(chǎn)率具有顯著正向影響,而人力資本、農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)技術(shù)等傳統(tǒng)生產(chǎn)要素的影響并不顯著。針對(duì)研究結(jié)果,提出完善農(nóng)業(yè)政策補(bǔ)貼、加強(qiáng)中西部地區(qū)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、發(fā)展生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)、推進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)科技創(chuàng)新與應(yīng)用和加強(qiáng)人力資本投入等對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:Based on the panel data of 31 provinces in China , the factors that affect the productivity of agricultural whole factor in China in 2010 - 2014 are measured with the use of directional distance function . The results show that there are obvious differences in the whole factor productivity of agriculture in China . The results show that the agricultural policy subsidy is improved , the infrastructure construction in the central and western regions is strengthened , the ecological agriculture is developed , the innovation and application of agricultural science and technology and the investment of human capital are promoted .
