【摘要】：歐美左翼經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)界對(duì)宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)提出一個(gè)革命性的修正。他們把宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)目標(biāo)從實(shí)現(xiàn)國(guó)民產(chǎn)出的最大化,修正為實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)和所有人的體面生存的雙贏結(jié)果。把宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)分析框架的三部門(mén)模型,修正為包含家庭部門(mén)的四部門(mén)模型。在宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)分析范式中重新引入勞動(dòng)價(jià)值理論、階級(jí)分析視角、生存工資概念和人的能力原則。倡導(dǎo)在現(xiàn)有的國(guó)民收入賬戶核算體系中增加統(tǒng)計(jì)家庭部門(mén)勞動(dòng)創(chuàng)造的經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值。圍繞如何增加家庭部門(mén)人的再生產(chǎn)可支配的經(jīng)濟(jì)資源和時(shí)間資源,對(duì)財(cái)政政策、貨幣和金融政策、全球化規(guī)制政策、勞工政策做了系統(tǒng)性的制度重構(gòu)和政策調(diào)整。
[Abstract]:European and American left-wing economists put forward a revolutionary amendment to macroeconomics. They revised the macroeconomic goal from maximizing national output to a win-win outcome of economic growth and decent survival for all. The three-sector model of the macroeconomic analysis framework is revised to a four-sector model that includes the household sector. The labor value theory, the class analysis angle, the concept of survival wage and the principle of human ability are reintroduced in the paradigm of macroeconomics analysis. To advocate increasing the economic value created by the labour of the household sector in the existing system of national income accounting. Focusing on how to increase the economic and time resources available for reproduction in the household sector, this paper makes systematic institutional reconstruction and policy adjustment on fiscal policy, monetary and financial policy, global regulation policy and labor policy.
