【摘要】:明清之際啟蒙思想家的經(jīng)濟(jì)正義思想主要是從人性的自私自利出發(fā),為人們追求物質(zhì)利益提供了倫理辯護(hù),同時(shí)又強(qiáng)調(diào)人的仁義利他之心,維護(hù)民眾利益。 本文旨在通過(guò)對(duì)明清之際啟蒙主義的經(jīng)濟(jì)正義思想的研究,梳理明清之際各個(gè)啟蒙思想家的經(jīng)濟(jì)正義思想。通過(guò)分析其產(chǎn)生背景,追溯其思想淵源,探討其的歷史影響和當(dāng)代價(jià)值,使人們能夠以一個(gè)全新的角度審視明清之際啟蒙主義的經(jīng)濟(jì)正義思想,為我們社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)提供借鑒。 文章主體內(nèi)容是從五個(gè)方面論述了明清之際啟蒙主義的經(jīng)濟(jì)正義思想:第一,從人性自私為出發(fā)點(diǎn),為個(gè)人“獲利”確立了合理性和正當(dāng)性,同時(shí)又不否定人性社會(huì)公共性的仁義之心。第二,關(guān)于義利觀方面,主張義利雙行,強(qiáng)調(diào)私利的正義性、公私合一性。同時(shí)從制度保障個(gè)體的財(cái)產(chǎn)權(quán)利來(lái)肯定個(gè)體追求經(jīng)濟(jì)物質(zhì)欲望的正義性。第三,在本末觀方面,啟蒙主義提出“工商皆本”,這一思想是對(duì)傳統(tǒng)的“重農(nóng)輕商”思想的挑戰(zhàn),對(duì)確立工商業(yè)的道德合法性具有重要意義。第四,在道德約束方面,從利已與利他統(tǒng)一的角度出發(fā),論述了誠(chéng)實(shí)信用交換觀與奢儉有度的消費(fèi)觀。 文章從兩個(gè)角度對(duì)明清之際啟蒙主義經(jīng)濟(jì)正義思想的意義進(jìn)行了解讀。一方面,將明清之際啟蒙主義經(jīng)濟(jì)正義思想放在歷史之中,考察其對(duì)近代社會(huì)的歷史意義。另一方面,將明清之際啟蒙主義經(jīng)濟(jì)正義思想放在現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)中,昭示其思想的當(dāng)代價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:During the Ming and Qing dynasties, the thought of economic justice of the enlightenment thinkers was mainly based on the selfishness of human nature, which provided an ethical defense for the pursuit of material interests, and at the same time emphasized the benevolence and altruism of human beings and safeguarded the interests of the people. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the economic justice thoughts of various enlightenment thinkers during the Ming and Qing dynasties through the study of the economic justice thought of enlightenment in the Ming and Qing dynasties. By discussing its historical influence and contemporary value, people can examine the economic justice thought of enlightening doctrine in Ming and Qing dynasties from a new angle, and provide reference for our socialist modernization construction. The main content of the article is to discuss the economic justice thought of enlightenment in Ming and Qing dynasties from five aspects: first, from the point of view of human selfishness, it establishes rationality and legitimacy for individual "profit". At the same time, it does not negate the benevolence and righteousness of the public nature of human nature. Secondly, on the view of righteousness and benefit, it advocates the double action of righteousness and benefit, and emphasizes the justice of self-interest. At the same time, from the system to protect the property rights of individuals to affirm the individual pursuit of economic and material desire justice. Third, in the end view, enlightenment put forward that "business is based on". This thought is a challenge to the traditional thought of "attaching importance to agriculture rather than commerce" and has important significance to establish the moral legitimacy of industry and commerce. 4th, in the aspect of moral restraint, from the point of view of the unity of profit and altruism. This paper discusses the view of exchange of good faith and credit and the consumption view of extravagance and thrift. The article interprets the significance of the economic justice thought of enlightenment doctrine in Ming and Qing dynasties from two angles. On the one hand, it puts the economic justice thought of enlightenment doctrine in the history of Ming and Qing dynasties. On the other hand, the enlightenment economic justice thought in the Ming and Qing dynasties is put in the modernization construction, which shows the contemporary value of its thought.
