【摘要】：美國次貸危機爆發(fā)后,資產(chǎn)證券化中的逆向選擇問題成了各界關(guān)注的熱點。選取資產(chǎn)池質(zhì)量和發(fā)起機構(gòu)對逆向選擇進行度量,利用我國2014年~2016年相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)對信貸資產(chǎn)證券化定價問題進行了實證分析,并據(jù)此研究逆向選擇對信貸資產(chǎn)證券化定價的影響。結(jié)果表明,資產(chǎn)池質(zhì)量與次級證券比例呈負相關(guān)關(guān)系。最后提出:在信貸資產(chǎn)證券化過程中,應(yīng)對不同發(fā)起機構(gòu)進行區(qū)別監(jiān)管,消除信息不對稱,緩解逆向選擇問題,提高銀行資產(chǎn)證券化發(fā)行價格及銀行資產(chǎn)證券化的市場認可度。
[Abstract]:After the outbreak of the American subprime crisis, the problem of reverse selection in the securitization of the assets has become a hot point of concern. By selecting the quality of the asset pool and the initiating mechanism to measure the reverse selection, the paper makes an empirical analysis on the pricing of the securitization of the credit assets by using the relevant data from 2014 to 2016, and studies the effect of the reverse selection on the pricing of the securitization of the credit assets. The results show that the quality of the asset pool is negatively related to the proportion of the secondary securities. In the end, it is proposed that, in the course of the securitization of credit assets, different initiating agencies should be used to distinguish and supervise, to eliminate the asymmetry of information, to alleviate the problem of reverse selection, to improve the market acceptance of the issuing price of the bank's assets and the securitization of the bank's assets.
