【摘要】：文章通過總結(jié)國外私募股權(quán)轉(zhuǎn)讓平臺(tái)發(fā)展的外部環(huán)境以及內(nèi)部建設(shè)經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)我國私募股權(quán)轉(zhuǎn)讓平臺(tái)建設(shè)提出了相關(guān)建議:在改善外部環(huán)境方面,需要把握私募股權(quán)投資行業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)律、吸引優(yōu)質(zhì)資產(chǎn)掛牌,培育專業(yè)化的資產(chǎn)受讓方與中介機(jī)構(gòu);在平臺(tái)建設(shè)方面,需要完善私募股權(quán)發(fā)行及轉(zhuǎn)讓制度、保證市場(chǎng)信息私密性、配套相適應(yīng)的金融產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)并提高私募股權(quán)登記效率。
[Abstract]:By summing up the external environment and internal construction experience of foreign private equity transfer platform, this paper puts forward some relevant suggestions on the construction of private equity transfer platform in China: improving the external environment. It is necessary to grasp the development law of private equity investment industry, attract high-quality assets to be listed, cultivate specialized asset transferees and intermediaries, and improve the system of private equity issuance and transfer in order to ensure the privacy of market information. Matching the design of financial products and improving the efficiency of private equity registration.
