利率市場化與商業(yè)銀行服務(wù)創(chuàng)新研究

【摘要】:利率市場化改革是我國金融體制改革的核心目標(biāo)之一,十八屆三中全會(huì)上李克強(qiáng)總理對我國金融改革提出將繼續(xù)推進(jìn)利率市場化,并將在兩年內(nèi)完成:一是建立市場利率定價(jià)自律機(jī)制,二是開展貸款基礎(chǔ)利率報(bào)價(jià)工作,三是推進(jìn)同業(yè)存單發(fā)行與交易。這充分表現(xiàn)出國家對推進(jìn)利率市場化改革的重視程度。利率市場化是一把雙刃劍,對我國銀行業(yè)既有利又有弊。我們要把握機(jī)遇面對挑戰(zhàn),不斷提升商業(yè)銀行服務(wù)和競爭力,,取得利率市場化改革中的勝利。 本文首先對利率市場化的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行梳理總結(jié);并對利率市場化的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了透析。其次,本文分別深入考察了發(fā)達(dá)國家和發(fā)展中國家利率市場化的實(shí)踐。在分析國際上利率市場化改革對商業(yè)銀行的影響的基礎(chǔ)上,得出國際經(jīng)驗(yàn)對我國商業(yè)銀行的啟示。然后,從存款利率市場化角度分析我國商業(yè)銀行的利率市場化改革,提出了我國商業(yè)銀行的目前所面對的難題。并且分別以如何防范余額寶對存款利率市場化的沖擊為例和從電子商務(wù)層面提出商業(yè)銀行的服務(wù)創(chuàng)新。最后給出了利率市場化進(jìn)程中商業(yè)銀行服務(wù)創(chuàng)新的對策建議。
[Abstract]:Interest rate marketization reform is one of the core objectives of China's financial system reform. At the third Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, Premier Li Keqiang proposed that China's financial reform would continue to promote the marketization of interest rates. And will be completed in two years: first, the establishment of market interest rate pricing self-regulatory mechanism, the second is to carry out the loan base interest rate quote work, the third is to promote the issuance and trading of certificates of deposit. This fully shows the importance the state attaches to the reform of marketization of interest rates. Interest rate marketization is a double-edged sword, which has both advantages and disadvantages for China's banking industry. We must seize the opportunity to face the challenges, constantly improve the service and competitiveness of commercial banks, and win the interest rate marketization reform. Firstly, this paper summarizes the relevant theories of interest rate marketization, and analyzes the relevant theories of interest rate marketization. Secondly, this paper investigates the practice of interest rate marketization in both developed and developing countries. On the basis of analyzing the influence of international interest rate market-oriented reform on commercial banks, the enlightenment of international experience to China's commercial banks is obtained. Then, from the point of view of deposit interest rate marketization, the paper analyzes the reform of Chinese commercial banks' interest rate marketization, and puts forward the problems that Chinese commercial banks are facing at present. And how to prevent Yu'e Bao from the impact of deposit interest rate marketization as an example and from the level of e-commerce commercial bank service innovation. Finally, the paper gives the countermeasures and suggestions of commercial bank service innovation in the process of interest rate marketization.
