【摘要】：我國(guó)資本市場(chǎng)在短短幾十年中,已經(jīng)得到了快速的發(fā)展,再加上金融體制的不斷改革,大大拓展了我國(guó)企業(yè)的融資途徑。目前,我國(guó)很多企業(yè)還存在一定的融資問(wèn)題。因而,我國(guó)還應(yīng)盡快推進(jìn)資本市場(chǎng)的多層次發(fā)展,注重把握資本市場(chǎng)發(fā)展動(dòng)態(tài),充分發(fā)揮其與企業(yè)融資之間的關(guān)聯(lián)性作用,為企業(yè)創(chuàng)造更多的融資機(jī)會(huì),從而實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)健康發(fā)展。本文就企業(yè)融資與資本市場(chǎng)發(fā)展問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了研究分析。
[Abstract]:The capital market of our country has developed rapidly in just a few decades, and the continuous reform of the financial system has greatly expanded the financing channels of our country's enterprises. At present, many enterprises in our country still have certain financing problems. Therefore, China should also promote the multi-level development of the capital market as soon as possible, pay attention to grasp the development of the capital market, give full play to the relevance between the capital market and the enterprise financing, and create more financing opportunities for the enterprise. In order to achieve the healthy development of enterprises. This paper studies and analyzes the problems of enterprise financing and capital market development.
