【摘要】：股價(jià)的變動(dòng)取決于大中小股東的選擇性投資,而股東投資影響著上市公司的資本結(jié)構(gòu),因此本文著重關(guān)注企業(yè)業(yè)績(jī)對(duì)股價(jià)的影響,在量化上市公司業(yè)績(jī)和股價(jià)的基礎(chǔ)上,利用中國(guó)2005-2014年我國(guó)上市公司的財(cái)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù),使用相關(guān)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)和統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)軟件,實(shí)證分析企業(yè)業(yè)績(jī)對(duì)股價(jià)的影響,為投資者和管理者提出建議。
[Abstract]:The change of stock price depends on the selective investment of large, medium and small shareholders, and shareholder investment affects the capital structure of listed company. Therefore, this paper focuses on the influence of enterprise performance on stock price, on the basis of quantifying the performance of listed company and stock price. Using the financial data of China's listed companies from 2005 to 2014, using the relevant economics and statistical software, this paper empirically analyzes the impact of enterprise performance on stock prices, and puts forward some suggestions for investors and managers.
