【摘要】：對中國主板市場上市公司進行高送轉(zhuǎn)的影響因素,學術(shù)界普遍認為:公司的股價大小;公司的股本規(guī)模;股票的每股收益;公司是否為次新股;公司上一年度的凈利潤等;是決定是否高送轉(zhuǎn)的原因,但專門針對創(chuàng)業(yè)板上市公司進行高送轉(zhuǎn)的影響因素研究還比較少。利用近年來創(chuàng)業(yè)板上市公司進行高送轉(zhuǎn)的行為特征以及進行高送轉(zhuǎn)的動機,分析可能影響公司進行是否高送轉(zhuǎn)的影響因素,運用Logit模型實證研究公司股價和公司總市值對高送轉(zhuǎn)有著顯著影響,給與投資在未來選擇創(chuàng)業(yè)板上市公司高送轉(zhuǎn)的預(yù)期提供參考。
[Abstract]:As to the factors influencing the high turnover of listed companies in the main Board of China, the academic circles generally think that: the stock price of the company; the size of the company's share capital; the earnings per share of the stock; whether the company is a secondary new stock; the net profit of the company in the last year, etc. It is the reason to decide whether to send high or not, but there are few researches on the influencing factors of high transmission for gem listed companies. Based on the behavior characteristics of gem listed companies in recent years and the motivation of high transmission, this paper analyzes the factors that may affect whether the companies make high turnover or not. Logit model is used to empirically study the stock price and the total market value of the company, which has a significant impact on the turnover of the company, which provides a reference for the expectation of investment in the future selection of listed companies in the gem.
