分級基金的低風險投資研究

【摘要】:海外分級基金起源于上世紀80年代,90年代以后得到了快速發(fā)展。國內(nèi)第一只分級基金成立于2007年7月17日,國投瑞銀瑞福分級基金的成立,填補了國內(nèi)證券市場在這一領域上的空白。分級基金的設計理念,主要是為了滿足不同偏好的投資人的需求。分級基金在母基金份額的基礎上,又分出了低風險特性的A類基金份額和高風險特性的B類基金份額,加上母基金份額,一只基金為投資者提供了三類不同風險收益特征的基金。分級基金的A類份額,具有類似于債券的特征,折價的A類份額幾乎沒有虧損的風險,因此分級基金的A份額成為了低風險投資者所喜愛的品種之一。本文將對分級基金做出介紹,對分級A類份額的幾種低風險投資策略進行研究,結(jié)果顯示通過低風險投資分級A類份額,可以取得超過市場普遍預期的低風險收益率,可為低風險偏好的投資者提供一些參考和建議。
[Abstract]:Overseas classification funds originated from the 80's and 90's of the last century has been a rapid development. The first domestic rating fund was established on July 17, 2007. The establishment of UBS Ruiford rating fund filled the gap in the domestic securities market. The design idea of graded funds is mainly to meet the needs of investors with different preferences. On the basis of the share of the parent fund, the graded fund has divided the low risk category A fund share and the high risk characteristic B fund share, plus the mother fund share, A fund that provides investors with three different risk-return characteristics. Class A shares of graded funds have the characteristics similar to those of bonds, and the discount A-shares have little risk of loss, so the A-shares of graded funds have become one of the favorite varieties of low-risk investors. In this paper, we will introduce the graded funds, and study several low-risk investment strategies of the graded A-share. The results show that the low risk return rate, which exceeds the market expectations, can be obtained through the low-risk investment classification A share. It can provide some reference and advice for investors with low risk preference.
