【摘要】：本文基于資本市場主體關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)的研究視角,檢驗了詢價對象間關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)作用于IPO定價的機(jī)理和后果,結(jié)果表明詢價對象間關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)的強(qiáng)度和性質(zhì)通過影響詢價對象個體報價行為顯著作用于IPO定價.研究發(fā)現(xiàn),詢價對象個體間關(guān)聯(lián)程度越高,協(xié)同低報價行為越嚴(yán)重;詢價對象整體關(guān)聯(lián)程度越高,IPO定價越低;QFII參與詢價沒有弱化反而強(qiáng)化了詢價對象間關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)強(qiáng)度對詢價對象協(xié)同低報價行為和IPO低定價的作用效果.本文研究發(fā)現(xiàn)IPO定價會受到詢價對象間關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)的影響,拓展了資本市場關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)研究范圍,也為嘗試?yán)檬袌鰴C(jī)制而不是僅依靠行政力量解決我國IPO市場潛在的高定價問題提供理論依據(jù).
[Abstract]:Based on the research perspective of capital market principal relationship network, this paper examines the mechanism and consequences of the effect of inquiry object relationship network on IPO pricing. The results show that the strength and nature of the relational network of inquiry objects have a significant effect on IPO pricing through the influence of individual quotation behavior of inquiry objects. It is found that the higher the degree of correlation between the individuals of inquiry, the more serious the behavior of synergistic low quotation. The higher the overall relevance degree of the inquiry object is, the lower the IPO price is. Instead of weakening the participation of QFII in the inquiry, the effect of the network strength of the relationship between the inquiry objects on the synergistic low price behavior of the inquiry object and the low price of IPO is strengthened. In this paper, we find that IPO pricing will be influenced by the relationship network of inquiry objects, which expands the scope of research on capital market relationship network. It also provides a theoretical basis for trying to use market mechanism instead of relying on administrative power to solve the potential high pricing problem of IPO market in China.
