【摘要】：PPP模式有助于流域治理中資金缺口彌補(bǔ)和管理效率的提升。本文以計(jì)劃行為理論為依據(jù),通過(guò)結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型研究環(huán)保類(lèi)上市公司參與PPP模式下流域治理的意愿。研究表明:流域治理的PPP項(xiàng)目對(duì)行業(yè)發(fā)展具有重要意義,但還未能具備很強(qiáng)的吸引力;行為態(tài)度、主觀規(guī)范、直覺(jué)行為控制對(duì)參與意愿具有顯著的正向影響,作用依次增強(qiáng);完善的外部政策環(huán)境、符合公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、行業(yè)從業(yè)者意見(jiàn)是影響參與意愿最重要的指標(biāo)。未來(lái)PPP模式下,吸引上市公司參與流域治理的關(guān)鍵在于優(yōu)化政策框架和制度環(huán)境,減少流域治理中資金和管理方面的阻力。
[Abstract]:The PPP model is helpful to bridge the fund gap and improve the management efficiency in watershed management. Based on the theory of planning behavior, this paper studies the willingness of environmental protection listed companies to participate in watershed management under PPP model through structural equation model. The research shows that the PPP project of watershed management has important significance to the development of the industry, but it has not yet had strong attraction, the behavior attitude, subjective norm, intuitionistic behavior control have significant positive influence on the participation intention, and the effect is enhanced in turn. Perfect external policy environment, in line with the company's development strategy, industry practitioners opinion is the most important indicator of participation. In the future PPP model, the key to attract listed companies to participate in watershed governance is to optimize the policy framework and institutional environment and reduce the resistance of capital and management in watershed management.
